The location is nice, close to a lot of things.

Please always check your sheets and mattress! The first room I was given I could immediately tell my sheets were not changed. There was what looked like makeup stains on the sheets. I requested for them to be changed and they said they would send someone. Hours passed and no one ever came. I asked again and they said housekeeping had left already so they gave me new sheets to change myself. As I was changing the sheets I noticed bed bugs in the edges! I went back downstairs and showed them the picture and they changed my room. For what I paid, I don’t think I should have had to go through any of that to begin with. The second room I got was cleaner. I inspected the bed and didn’t find any bed bugs, but I do not plan on risking it there again.

Didn't the misleading add about dog fee "may apply"and I was charged $185 for a dog who went into the room,got scared and took her out after half an hour,the for my dad to come and pick the dog up and take her home. This an unfair charge and misleading add.

Everyone very friendly! Room was awesome. Loved the RIO and happy to be able to walk there

The breakfast could have been better but was decent. The location was the best it was within walking distance to all the stores and entertainment. And was on a bus line

Bed was horrible. Not comfortable at all and the pillows were horrible too.

Well the only thing I didn’t like was the ants in the bed crawling all over us that was a surprise I did show the cleaning lady and the manager a photo of them and she didn’t apologize and would get the exterminator on it ! We left that afternoon!
