Dirty price staff ,purpose was to be in a pool and no one told me the pool was closed when I reserved the rooms . One of my rooms and a water issue when I came back from a long day at the beach the room was flooded

Close to everything, walkable. Although breakfast was very simple, there was water, coffee and tea 24 hours and a expendable machine. Ice machine available. Cleaning staff were kind.

Old facilities, the building was not maintained correctly, humidity stains and the air extractor and a/c was very very loud. Also, I forgot my phone carger and called that night, next day, next night, and didn't solve or 'found' my charger.

Pool was not in service. Room redone but still horrible.

Nothing like what it looked like on the website, the bathroom was horrific, little bugs on the white towels and on the pillow in the bed. I will not be returning.

I like the smell of the hotel. Please write back and let me know the scent you use. I like it very much. Dayron was very helpful and took my bags for me. This was needed since I was tired after my flight.

I could not change the TV channels

Mala comunicación con el transporte al aeropuerto, muy sucia las instalaciones, no se realizó el aseo en la habitación.

This is a not the place for families. We flew in late at night and when we got to the property there were a lot of questionable adults just walking around outside. The reason we booked was because it was affordable for the area and the pictures looked really nice. You have to walk outside to get to your room so it’s not an actual hotel. It’s definitely more like a motel. We heard woman scream around 1am and there were just a bunch of adults sitting outside and arguing around the same time. The rooms are small and don’t feel safe or secure. We were there for 20 min before we requested a refund as we did not feel our family was safe. We ended up staying 10 min down the road at the holiday in for maybe $40 more.
