The location was very good and close to the highway.

Our room was on the small size, the bed pillows were only half the size of a normal pillow and were either lumpy or flat, and the carpet was filthy. The breakfast was typical of a hotel continental breakfast, however, the dining area chairs are very dirty and have no foam left in them. It's not a very pleasant dining experience, and it's clear that this hotel is in need of an update. We stayed in another Windham hotel a few nights later during the same trip and had a totally opposite experience in a very clean hotel. We also forgot something in the room when we left and contacted the hotel less than 12 hrs later, and they have either avoided our emails or telephone calls and have still not been able to give us an update. We were told the policy is to keep anything left behind for 24hrs before they do get rid of it, and they also try to reach out to the person who stayed in the room to let them know, so it's clear that they are trying to cover up their negligence.

I was taken there for Mother’s Day to enjoy the pool and hot tub however that was not what happened. There was kids in there unattended and was pushing other children including mine. my child hit her head on the steps of the hot tub due to these unattended children pushing her. I went and complained at the desk and was told this happens every weekend and she knew who the children was and who they belonged too. I was very unpleased that we spent the money to enjoy the amenities and didn’t get to enjoy them. I could have stayed at a hotel closer to home cheaper without the amenities.

the location is convenient to everything in cranberry. you can walk to gas stations and many restaurants.

The night we got there, there was a birthday party for a bunch of kids. the kids were running up and down the halls at 10p banging on doors and running. vending machines didn't work and the hot tub was dirty. there was blood on the floor by the pool and on the trash can in the pool. it was there our entire stay.

Most staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Good variety for breakfast. Great location.

Spare pillows and blankets were very dirty. The pool was also quite dirty. The bed was quite uncomfortable.

Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub was nice and relaxing.

Our room was not very clean. There were decorations on the back of the pull out couch from the people that was there before us. There was a covid mask on the floor just under the couch. There was sunflower seed shells on the floor between the bed and night stand. The bathroom ceiling was leaking water above the shower and toilet.

The price and location

The pool was crazy with people not following the rules. We had to change one room due to toilet not working. We were evacuated in the middle of the night for a fire alarm. And we're not given any details of what happened. It was chaos with people playing loud music while we waited to get back in our room. We should be compensated for our stay.

Breakfast was good, timely and good variety.

The room temperature was bad and could never figure out how to adjust it. But for this, which a major discomfort, it was a very enjoyable stay and facility.

Ended up not staying overnight.
