Location somewhat kinda hard to find

There was a roach infestation

The room and the property was clean, and looked new.

Breakfast wasn’t included here unlike other Extended Stay Americas Suite we stayed at. Also didn’t see a 2 bedroom suite option here. There wasn’t much space in the room with 2 queen beds, and a small kitchen.

I arrived at 430 and called and was told it was approved and okay to arrive at that time and the business would accommodate as far as check out which was not accepted by day staff and they were very unpleasant and rude during check out.

The rooms are very outdated compared to the photos online. The walls were dirty with who knows what all over them. There was spiders hanging from the ceilings and there were 2 dead fly’s on the floor when we walked in. Also there was mold along the baseboards of the room and bathroom. Not the cleanest whatsoever.

There was no breakfast. There were no tissues in the room. Vending machines offered no pricing. There was no one at the desk at 9 am when we ckd out. No receipt given.

There’s nothing for guests here. 3 vending machines, 1 doesn’t even work. There’s no coffee anywhere in this hotel. Not even a coffee pot in the room. We had to ask for shampoo cause they didn’t give it to us. By the time you book here, buy food, buy coffee every morning at a nearby restaurant, your best booking somewhere that offers AT LEAST a continental breakfast or even a damn coffee pot in the room. Staff? Lol. They’re never at the front desk. There’s always a sign that says “We’ll be back” but you have to end up calling them from their room with a phone in the lobby.

The staff was awesome.
