It was very clean, and the staff was nice.
The property was under construction, and I had to park at the rear of the property. This meant the door I should have been able to use was not available, so I had to walk around the property at night. But this is temporary so it's not something that won't be fixed.

Airport shuttle service was great. Hotel staff were great.
Room was filthy, really filthy! Countertops and tables in room all had coffee cup-type stains and were visibly dirty. The area around the coffee maker and microwave were especially dirty with crumbs and stains. The bathroom floor had dark patches and after taking a shower and stepping off the drying floor mat, my damp feet picked up so much dirt that I left brown footprints on the floor mat when re-stepping on it. The room floor was the same. Disgusting! By far the worst Hilton Garden Inn we have ever stayed in, in fact, one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.

Bar didn’t open until 5pm. Pool and hot tub ran down. Hot tub was not warm at all.

Our room was clean. The facility was well located for a cruise. Our wait staff for breakfast was very nice.
No hot water when taking a shower. There was a mix up on breakfast, reservation showed it included breakfast and hotel said it did not and wanted us to pay for it. One elevator was out of service when we arrived leaving only one to handle guest traffic. Main lobby lights flickering from the time we checked in until the time we left the next morning. At the rate we paid, maintenance should be better. Disappointing for a Hilton.

Close to shops and restaurants! We stayed overnight and a heads up learn from us to call the hotel when you arrive for the shuttle! We were standing there for a while.

The location is close to the airport and the surroundings have a good choice for food and shopping, especially for this area.
The hotel is undergoing some renovations and this as such wasn't a problem, but the fire alarm went off several times, luckily before I was sleeping, although the last time was at 11 PM. This was due tot he renovation work, but still annoying and the staff didn't have good information about what was going on.

We booked this hotel because it had a shuttle. Even after phone call the shuttle never arrived, it cost us $60 to take a cab from the airport, When we got to the hotel the shuttle driver was sitting in front ASLEEP!, not ok. I will never use your site again and will be sure to leave an honest review. I believe booking owes us the $60 cab fee. The desk clerk was also too busy talking on his private cell phone to check us in appropriately!!

convenient location for our vacation both for the airport and cruise terminal. all staff were polite and very helpful, especially the reception and shuttle. our drivers were very polite and their gratitude for our tipping was very much appreciated by us.

it’s in a central location, has a decent sized pool and has EXCELLENT staff, especially Serafina. she is most definitely over employed.
it’s outdated by a LOT, run down and shoddy. it’s really unfortunate as it has amazing staff who does the absolute best with what they have. Hilton has really let them down as well as the consumer. Shame on Hilton for charging as much as they do for an at best, a 2 star hotel. The hotel needs a major facelift and a much better continental breakfast for the $14 they charge.
