Mu room door didn't shut properly. Had to slam it to close.

room was comfortable and clean. close to the airport and shopping/dining.

I love how it was so centrally located I was able to get everywhere I needed to go in less than 20 minutes. Also the staff were so friendly and accommodating.

The Wi-Fi could have been a bit better as it sometimes dropped In the middle of an important call.

Loved the lady at the bar. Very friendly.

Should have pillows and a blanket in the closet for the pull out sofa.

Certain staff members gave me a hard time one minute I’m being told one thing then certain staff members say another just given me a hard time being nasty

The rooms are clean spacious We travel for the weekend but this would had been a great location if we were cruising also

My key had to be reprogrammed every day but the staff was great . They fixed the problem right away

Familiar and excellent location

One elevator in service.....long walk to room.....had to go down to get sheets for my daughter's on the pullout couch because no one in maintenance at night.....microwave was an unfamiliar one and had a rack that needed to be removed front desk said they were not familiar with it but at 12 am she was willing to come up to see if it would work......there was NO one else that could assist.....the hotel.has severely reduced staff which has severely affected its quality of service.

It was clean

2 out of 3 elevators were down , so I had to walk a mile to my room , my room came with electric blinds which were broken in both rooms stuck in down position. People screaming all night long in the next door room.

Nothing

Hot inside, no towels, air conditioner leaking in the room and smelling mildew in room. They didn’t change our room just bought two fans in the room to dry the carpet because it was soaking wet. And we paid $1145.00 Not good could have changed our room. And as of today I haven’t received my $100 deposit that was supposed to be deposit in my account. I checked in on July 4 - 10, 2023.

I always stay at this hotel and I'm never disappointed

Everything was great

Loved the Shuttles shuttle service. Getting picked up from the airport to the hotel. Hotel to the port. Port back to the airport. Didn't have to rely on any other transportation. Walking distance to outdoor mall and many restaurants.

The convenience of everything surrounding it

With adults the pool closed at 10 and staff was adamant about kids being seen and not heard because of pilots.
