The staff was very nice. The rooms for the price were very good. The area is nice and closed to a lot of good things and food

The noise between the rooms was a little uncomfortable and i would recommend at least one streaming app or access to mirror a phone or something but other than that no complains

Great location! Staff were very friendly on check in and checkout. Provided list of restaurants close by which really helped us out who were new to the area. Gino’s was a great place to have dinner!

Walls are thin so it was a little noisy and no ac in the restroom so it was a bit stuffy, pillows were not comfortable

A lot of nice amenities for the price. The pool and hot tub are nice The rooms are a bit dated, but still very clean and the beds are comfortable with a lot of pillows. The outdoor evening string lights are charming in the common areas. Breakfast is just a pastry or muffin, but they are fresh from a local bakery and delicious!

I liked everything

Everything almost perfect . I can said I will stay there again ..the room is great the only thing it was a few stain in the carpet other than that perfect..amenities really nice we were no able to use the fired table every night a big family never let go they have them save every day with full of stuff even when they didn't need it all day long until night they should check that having open for everybody whowant it use it ..

The pool said was heating pool but it was cold in the day my kids and I didn't swim long for that reason

The room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was fine. It is served in a very pleasant gazebo room--which is actually nicer than other areas of the hotel.

The location of the room was not really desirable.

Liked property in past and had a good rate when we were coming in. So booked it through third party and was really excited to stay there again at a price much better than their competitors.

The clerk when I got there told me he couldn't use a prepaid card. I had a credit card from a third party booker that gives me great discounts and money back to use the card. He said management didn't want anything that wasn't from a "real" bank. He then said if I gave him a cash deposit of 50$ he wouldn't have to run it. I ended up leaving and driving another 45 minutes to Carpinteria exhausted but at least had a competent and friendly reception. And we are talking this all took place after midnight and a late night arrival.

Breakfast was included: coffee and pastries, thats amazing. Quiet place, a comfortable room and everything.
