Clean, location good. Nice 1st floor in and out room. Breakfast very good, attendant did a fine job.

Mike that worked in the continental breakfast area! He was very friendly. The breakfast wasn't bad.
The price was ridiculous for the suite, the spa wasn't working, the quote price and the price I paid was different, everything was out of order in the gym. Under supplied in the room ( 1 tissue, minimal toliet paper)

When trying to make reservations I was having troubles so I called the hotel and asked how much a room would be for the night after she told me the amount I asked why the price difference from the internet ans told me to go do it on the internet and hung up. Rude front desk person.also why have a special request spot on the reservation page if you don't do it. I know you have rooms with recliners in them.

We would have liked less sausage every morning and more bacon. Everyone loves bacon, only had 1 breakfast forc5 days there. Sausage wasnt very good. Hashbrowns or potato cakes would have bern good as well.

Good sized, clean rooms with a nice balcony for relaxing. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast and coffee. Very quiet for restful sleep. I will return again and recommend it to others.
You can overshoot the turn into the hotel from the road. But the location itself is a good area.

Breakfast options were plentiful. Staff at breakfast were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Reception staff was very efficient and friendly. Tom was clean and comfy. Bed was very comfortable. Great value.

Room was good and clean the bed was comfortable. TV was a good size.
The shower head was horrible it felt like needles hitting my skin. This shower head really needs to be replaced. The pool was cold and I called and asked if it was heated and I was told yes it is, now in there defense it was but not enough should have been around 79 to 80 degrees it was more like 71 to 74

Being lectured by your gm on not being a pet friendly hotel. Especially considering hotel.Com said you were pet friendly and I called the hotel directly to confirm.

One family member said her bed was too firm for her to get comfortable.

The room was quite large, the pool was large as well. Representatives were friendly and helpful.

It was a reasonable place to stay. The only real complaint was the toilet paper roll dispenser was hard to roll and you had less than one square at a time.

I didn’t like the face that there was no sink and mirror in the main part of the room, we had to wait and take turns to use the bathroom for our needs.
