It was modern and updated.

The pilot light on the fireplace made it too hot in the room, and I didn't sleep all night. I couldn't leave the door open because I was on a lower floor alone. All the bright lights on the electronics were very bright and kept me awake as well. When I called the desk to ask how to turn the pilot light off. I was told that she gets that complaint all the time, and they do not have a/c.

It was gorgeous! Awesome ocean view! Quiet and comfortable!!

No direct beach access and the cold weather had the cable and internet out most of our stay. The power was also out some of the time.

Tge ambience was perfect and we had a very romantic get away. Appreciated the quiet, the ocean view, and the jacuzzi tub.

Bed could have used a mattress topper to make it a little softer.

The room had no ventilation, and the only way to cool or have air flow was to open the door. We had a ground floor room and could not leave the door open since their was no security or privacy!

Couldn’t figure out how to turn the fireplace on, very disappointing. Didn’t need to use it but if I wanted to for next time I would like to know how to turn it on. Also the room was extremely warm and there was no AC unit At night making it very hot and uncomfortable to sleep

The view is great. They have an elevator. Spa tub and fireplace in room is a great feature. The staff is very friendly.

The room wasn't completely clean. Half of the Jets on the spa tub didn't work. The price is very high for what you get. No air conditioning in your room. A box fan is provided. They advertise vending machines, yet there weren't any. I ordered a Romance Package, and it was confirmed by email. It wasn't delivered 😕 This was a huge disappointment. The response was that they didn't charge me for it.

The view was beautiful, the jet tub was great, and the balcony was nice and private. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The bed was hard and springy, the bathroom was very small, but it was the older part of the hotel

No air-condition

The view was exceptional, esp. with the jacuzzi tub facing the ocean. The little table was perfect for working on my laptop and taking calls while looking out at the beautiful sea and sunset. I was lucky with sunshine all 3 days!

The room seemed to heat itself even without the heat turned on and remained consistently at 68-70. So the comforter was too hot for me. It would be nice to have a lighter blanket; I ended up using the dustcover as a blanket. the kitchen sink faucet has a slow drip; you might want to fix that. Room 504. On the final night, someone either next door or below me was playing very loud music that shook the floors for over an hour around 9pm. I called reception and they said they would call. It took about 30 mins. for them to stop.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible.

The view and jetted spa tub was a major reason we chose this location, so glad we did! The couch was so comfortable the fireplace was a nice touch! Double head showers!! Pillows were so nice.

The bed was a bit firmer than we would have liked.

I planned a very special trip and payed for a ocean view when I arrived my room was not a ocean view they did not even try to help me to get another room all they keep saying you should have called hotel !!
