I like the location, the room is spacious, they have free parking, I love the idea of a complimentary drinks and snacks that they gave.

The room needs a little bit more cleaning especially the bathroom, the breaakfast needs more selection. The pool water is so cold we couldn’t get to enjoy it. The restaurant’s menu needs more selection too.

I used to go here 7 years ago because of the location and the property was in pretty good shape.

The carpets are worn out and the furniture is worn out; class self customer seems to be prevalent.

We really enjoyed the breakfast but the pancakes was too hard. Everything else was delicious.

The space was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was good.

There was a ringing noise early in the morning and the air conditioner, that I spent extra money on didn’t work.

Breakfast buffet was quite nice. A lot of variety for anyone.

The parking garage was the only thing I was skeptical about. It was poorly lit and run down looking. I didn’t mention this in my review of Embassy on their site but it simply slipped my mind. It just needs more lighting for patrons to feel safer especially upon returning at night.

The hotel is outdated for the rates. Online the pictures will fool you. It’s an ok place but not what i expected. The pool area had big roaches which the staff called “water bugs” I know a roach when I see one. THEY WERE ROACHES. Big ones!! Crawling fast . We didn’t enjoy that amenity at all. The heat went out in r room and it was never restored so we were very cold the last day and overnight stay. We were never credited/accomodated in any way for the inconvenience either. We kept being told “we are working on it”…. the parking is terrible as well.We were told to park underground since the lot literally only has 12 spots besides the fire lane, and it was so leaky underground with water that it was a mess. Overall the staff were nice but I will NOT be staying here ever again.

HVAC in my room didn’t work properly. I had to turn it completely off. Some of the towels were ratty; ready for the rag bag. Old plumbing fixtures need replacing. Entire facility needs an upgrade. Multiple coats of paint peeling off bottom of bathroom door.

Horrible customer service they tried to charge my card more then once after I paid upfront for my entire stay they through my bank in negative credit debit card fraud

The were no towels and soap in the bathroom. We had to request these from the from desk.

By the way i stayed there for only one night. i contacted booking.com 's customer service to say that i was transferring to another hotel the next day. i was there only the night of april 6, 2024. And from 7 to 10 of April i was at the Hampton inn in downtown Dallas. On the evening of the 6th, we were having dinner at this Embassy Suites. We ordered fish and they provided us a spoiled fish. The chairs at the entrance were very dirty. The 2 outlets from the lamp on the night stand wet broken.

The room was "musty" smelling, much in need of a good airing out. The elevator floors were filthy. This was a nice property at one time but now very much in need of a full cleanup and remodel. Especially the airflow system. Parking is difficult

My family was there for spring break, we drove over 7 hours. I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool considering the weather… we stayed 3 nights and my children was unable to utilize the pool out entire stay. And the breakfast was still frozen( pancakes and French toast sticks)

The area , the parking areas , the side door was broken so you had to rip it open and slam it to make sure it closes

I like most of everything

My kids wants to go to the pool area and they were close that’s an other reason we want to stay there when I book in it doesn’t say anything about it so sad and boring for them 🥹

During my stay, I had to go to the front desk multiple times because my key wouldn’t work and to get towels and bedding. The swimming pool was disgusting. You couldn’t see the bottom of the pool and there was hair in the pool. When we were packing to leave, we noticed that there was a men’s pair of underwear under the sink in the bathroom as well as food in corners of the room we didn’t use.

Spacious large room, comfortable clean space, good location.

No earlier check in was available, breakfast was limited not many options.

The alarm clock in room 229 was broken the buttons were missing on top, called for a wake up call for 4 am. Did not get a wake up call. Shower was dirty long black hairs on the wall and on inside of shower curtain. Besides the water in the parking garage from recent rain, not much you can do with Mother Nature. The elevator reeked like day old bar trash. Place has the potential to be nice. Not managed right. It starts at the top, if your management don’t own it, the workers won’t own it either. Lots of small details missed and the place looked like an old frat house from my college days.

Breakfast was great

The pool smelled like chlorine so bad, my eyes were burning as soon as I stepped foot into the indoor pool, the water was green. Don’t understand how it was so dirty yet smelled like chlorine that bad. The hall ways were dirty, needed a good vaccuming. I walked by the same plate of food on the floor my entire stay. Also asked for extra pillows for the pull out couch and was told they don’t have pillows.

Staff cant speak english. They dont have pillows or cushions for a room of 4. The staff does not speak english. They asked us to pick up our rag blanket from reception and sleep. Late check out request not accepted. Understaffed and untrained staff.

There was hair in the shower, sink and bathroom floor when we arrived. Also the fact that stepping off the elevator on our floor and the elevator smelled like marajuana.
