Overall, it was a decent place to stay for the price. The staff was courteous and professional. The roomy, apartment feel was nice. The other occupants at the extended stay were very nice and respectful. The staff respected our wishes to not have house cleaning done to out room. The grab and go bag breakfast was nice. The proximity to attended event was a plus. Again, it was a decent place to stay for the price.

I am not used to staying at an extended stay, so I felt a little uneased about staying at a place where one enters their room directly from the outside like and apartment. A channel guide would have been helpful to have to figure out what stations/movies channels I could access. The main inconvenience was the gnats in our room. We believe the gnats were coming from a gap between the hardwood floor and the rubber board in the bathroom. The refrigerator light was out but it was still working and kept things cold. We had to use a towel to reduce the chances of slipping in the tub during a shower. Someone played loud music nearby for awhile but it stopped around our bedtime.

There are kitchen facilities and refrigerator, and the room space is OK.

All the air conditioners and appliances like TVS and refrigerators are old and there are big cockroaches crawling around, making it feel dirty. The sofa is very old. It should be more than ten or twenty years old. It should be replaced. The sheets and covers were old, washed and torn, and there was a terrible smell. I didn't even change the sheets or quilt cover when I first checked in.

got charged twice for my stay at check in and front desk lady argued with me there was only one charge when my bank showed otherwise. messed up my weekend. sliding door did not lock. faucets were rusted whatever metal door or vent is above the shower wasn’t closed all the way. shower and restroom the same. fridge was dirty. dishes were washing in the dish washer when I got into the room. cigarette butts in sink and on top of fridge. sheets were clean at least

I think the only good the about the room I liked was that it was spacious.

First off upon check in into my 2 bedroom suite the downstairs TV didn't work and no one was there to fix it. Secondly the down stairs bed had huge stains in it and the cabinets in the kitchen had soiled tissues in them. Lastly, and by far the worst thing of all I opened the draw of the bedside table and found 2 used needles and a cigarette lighter inside I took photos and took this issue to the front desk still to no avail. Again Noone could help or explain. I was told to come back in morning. I went back this morning and there was still no manager.
