The room was very nice. It was comfortable room & very clean.

Reception was dark & very small.

L’hôtel est très bien situé et le bâtiment historique lui donne un charme. Le personnel est très sympathique et courtois. Le lit est très confortable. Le restaurant-bar sur place est un atout et nous évite de sortir. Le restaurant Carmen pour déjeuner est excellent. Près de l’autoroute, il est très accessible.

C’était la deuxième fois que nous allions à cette hôtel. Malheureusement, les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées et on entendait parler nos voisins comme s’ils étaient avec nous dans notre chambre. On entendait aussi leur télé. De plus, leur chien jappait. L’hôtel est très bien mais demander une chambre sans voisins à côté de votre chambre. Vous passerez ainsi un séjour très agréable.

It is exquisite and unique , so well maintained. The architectural details are fascinating. Anthony at the front desk is so welcoming, helpful, and kind. He even remembered me from my last visit 5 months ago! The food at breakfast and at Trax was delicious. The bartenders and servers were outstanding. The room was great, the beds comfy . We've traveled a lot but this is our favorite hotel ! Who knew we'd find this gem in Scranton!

The toilets are low for people in their late 60s lol, but good for the quads!

Everyone was pleasant and very nice. Very clean. My problem was with Radisson itself. When I was about to go to bed I decided to check my checking account. It showed the hotel over charged me by $50. I didn't know if someone stole that money or what! I was up most of the night worrying. First thing in the morning we went to the front desk. She told me they hold that in case we wreck the room. We should have been told that at check in..even on the website before we booked our room. I was really looking forward to staying in that beautiful hotel. That put a damper on my trip. As far as the hotel itself I have absolutely no complaints. Its gorgeous and everybody working there could not have been nicer. The food at their restaurant was really good too. We would definitely stay there again because of all that but because of the holding back of money I'd have to think about it before I stay there again
