Okay staff.

No toilet paper. Had to ask for it. No continental breakfast, even though it advertised it. No ice. Pretty run down.

The bed was comfortable.

Water or refrigerator did not work. Water was only a trickle, could not even shower and refrigerator did not work at all. Remote for TV also did not work. I was charged for three rooms but only had two rooms. I need refunded immediately since my other bills will bounce and I will be charged fees because of this.

I requested a non-smoking room and was shown to a room that stank of smoke. The manager entered the room and swiftly put a used ashtray into a drawer. He said this was the only room available. The blanket on one of the beds had a cigarette burn and bleach stains. There was no sprinkler system in the room.

Very impressed with this hotel. Not going to lie, I was very skeptical to book a room here but I’m glad I did. Place was very pleasant, great location (grocery stores, park, and next to the highway) my room was very nice and spacious. They are renovating so everything in my room was fairly new. Phil was very nice and helpful.

There was no breakfast and the room was dirty. There were either fleas or bed bugs in my bed. I was eaten up.

I ask for a smoking room. Got non smoking room. They were still under construction. Dirt was still on the floors. Bathroom half done

stayed in room (152). Very comfortable, spacious and clean. good clean, comfortable bed. working microwave, fridge and cold/hot water. liked that there was no carpet. Paid 79$ US reasonable.

Extremely noisy. Room Not sound proof. Heard someone using a grinder outside all evening beside our room. Heard construction tools and someone walking (with work boots) & furniture being moved above our room all through the night. Call front desk to complain and decided to leave at 1:30am when noise continued. Noticed lights on in the opened two windows above us. Probably doing renovations at night. Outside full of left over construction materials, broken glass, cigarette buts, nails, food etc. Saw 7 cats staying/rooming at back entrance. No closets to hang coat’s. Will be a nice place when construction is complete and surrounding cleaned / landscape.

Absolutely no hot water, and when we complained the owners did nothing to remedy it. The rooms look like they had been redone by the cheapest contractor they could find, possibly even done by a 6 year old. Maid was rude and did nothing but complain about the current owners, almost felt bad for her. All the linens were stained and did not look clean at all.

Upgraded rooms are beautiful and huge.

First on booking.com for my reservation i was able to choose pay cash at location Which I LOVE.. Says it will not charge anything well this is the second time reserving with this app and it trys to charge my card.. Not once but twice within an hour from both locations... #2: the new owner is almost finished renovating it.. But all or most should i say room was not properly cleaned. Shower had strands of hair, bathroom had dirt and floors.. I dont think sheets were changed because same kind/color hair was under the blankets.. It smelled nice and sanitized when we walked in. But seemed like the housekeeper didnt do half the job right which is such a shame. I have always liked this specific location. I would go again. The upgrades are nice and granite tabletops were clean. I will stay here again but I will check the sheets first

nothing. i felt unsafe. I stayed here coz I had a nursing travel contract in the area & it was last minute coz other place I booked happened to be an hour away from the facility I was working at.

its gross. dirty. broken furniture. broken AC/heat buttons you can’t adjust. half the lights are not working. the carpet is filthy. toilet doesn’t flush right. MY ROBE GOT STOLEN while I went to work.
