Struttura molto bella e moderna, anche le stanze molto particolari

Le pecche sono 2 ..1) si passa all’interno di un pub per accedere alla stanza , 2) mancanza di un bollitore con qualche tisana o bustina di caffè americano che a Miami ti aspetti, o perlomeno nelle altre strutture dove ho soggiornato era presente

Das Restaurant und das Personal da und natürlich die hohen Preise dort. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Zimmer war auch nicht so berauschend. Könnte günstiger sein.

no light in the rooms. not enough outlets and none around the bed. not enough light in the bathroom.

Es ist eine gute Lage, Zimmer sind sauber und anscheinend recht neu. Man ist schnell am Ocean Drive. Günstigeres Parking in der Nähe in einem öffentliche Parkhaus (12th Street), 5min zu Fuss.

Zugang zum Zimmer durchs Restaurant (Zimmer im Nebengebäude des Hotels), Fenster sind nicht so dicht (Lärm hörbar), Valet Parking vom Hotel wäre USD 45 pro Tag! Selbst für Miami ist das sehr teuer.

I attempted to make changes to my reservations before the cancelation date. I spoke to several reps with booking and at the location, and NO ONE could assist. It was very disappointing that the process to book was easy, but making changes seemed very challenging. With the level of incorporation that I met during that process I will not be using booking in the future!

The lighting in the bathroom was too dark

Rooms could have had more natural sunlight for makeup, we moved rooms 3 different times to find a room with natural sunlight. But once we upgraded and paid more, they put us in a corner unit with great sunlight.

I liked that it was accessible to food and other convenient stores, laundry was nearby

The elevator was a mess to get up and down.

Nothing - this was a bad stay.

Man was it loud. The bass from an on-site party went way late into the night and our room was along the street. I travel a lot and foresaw this. I wrote ample notes on the reservation and called day of to confirm we’d be in a quiet fun. They put us still in the loudest room, and when I asked for a different spot at check in the attitude from the front desk was awful and a no. Later in the night we called to see if someone didn’t check in and again super horrible customer service. Like if you don’t have another room, fine. But the tone was so off putting and unprofessional. No coffee maker in the room either and overall this place is a party joint. Tons of yelling and weed smoking and shenanigans all through. I thought by being Hyatt it’d be someone stable of a spot even in Miami Beach but 0/10 rating from me.

Location was excellent, the room felt very luxurious, the rooftop pool was lovely, the staff was kind, helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

Restaurant Naked Taco was great we ate ther for lunch and dinner. Staff was amazing! They have great room service you don’t need to go to front desk just call. The rooftop bar and pool was nice beds weee comfy. It was in a good location close to ocean drive and most popular attractions

They have a rooftop bar called high bar and they are known for rooftop parties with live DJ there were non on days I was there and I felt that was a bummer because that’s half the reason I booked here.

-- We arrived to check in at 9 p.m. the employee Olmiron attended us and partnership that was doing us a favor in making us help, without tact with people and sulking all the time, how can someone work in a hotel that we receive people from all over the world? - Frigobar not working - we stayed in the building next door where the restaurant is, the room until 11:45 PM trembles with the music of the restaurants, it even bothers.
