La posizione del Kent è strategica a Miami Beach. A pochissimi metri dai parcheggi pubblici di Miami il cui prezzo massimo è di 20$/day che per Miami è niente. Praticamente a due minuti dalla spiaggia e dalle passeggiate classiche di Miami Beach. Hotel pulito, carino, ben curato, con personale molto gentile e disponibile (Wes Kyle thanks!). Noi eravamo 3 con due queen bed, perfetto.
L'unico vero problema è il rumore del condizionatore in stanza. Su questo ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento.

o banheiro não tem bancada na pia (fica no quarto), a cortina do Box é pequena e o chuveiro tem pouquíssima vazão de água. Além disso sinto falta de um chuveirinho ou bidê , mas isso pra americano é difícil !

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas de la plage et de Ocean Drive. l'hôtel est très propre et l'accueil chaleureux.
L'hôtel est très bruyant. pas de petit déjeuner à l'hotel. restaurant adjacent avec un petit dej proposé à un prix raisonnable, attention aux options, 10$ le jus d'orange!

This is a nicely modernised original art deco hotel on South beach. The location is superb, the bed and linen superbly comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.
We booked late so it was a little pricier than I was hoping to pay but still a truly excellent place to stay.

The location and the food .
The owner . She is sweet . But she can’t fool us. Everytime she said I got upgrade . I know it’s just words coming out of her mouth. We didn’t get any upgrade she think we stupid and not knowing the game. But thanks. Once u hear upgrade you think oh wow . Don’t let it fool you. Ask for upgrade . Don’t fall for this . But over all we love the hotel . Will do it again. . . . This will be our 6th or 7th time at the hotel. They should know how to give us real upgrade not just words but thank you again.

Friendly staff and location
The bar/restaurant linked to the hotel plays loud music past 1230am, so it can make it difficult trying to fall asleep. This was during a weekday on a Tuesday. If they could turn the music down after 1130pm to match the signage of keeping the noise down in the hallways, that would increase the rating of this hotel.

O hotel fica em excelente localização com wifi de qualidade. O hotel disponibiliza estacionamento com manobristas por 35 dólares o dia (mais barato do que outros da região). O café da manhã oferecido pelo restaurante do hotel tem preço justo.
O banheiro do meu quarto estava com cheiro ruim (apesar da limpeza cuidadosa da equipe), o elevador só suporta 2 pessoas e é muito lento. No mais foi tudo ok com a estadia.

Rooms are very cozy. No space to put ur luggage. No microwave.

Great location, comfy room and clean.
The front lobby had a strange smell… very similar to cat urine. It didn’t bother us much as we didn’t hang out in the lobby

The water pressure was so low the shower was useless. The windows were nailed shut. Getting new lien was almost impossible.

The hotel had a vintage lobby look but the rooms were really nice and modern. A nice big smart flat screen TV. The location was perfect everything was in walking distance and lively. The doorman was extremely helpful and polite! We were able to keep our bags locked in a storage at the hotel after check out before our flight left.
There was no microwave in the hotel room and there wasn’t much of a view from our room.

Not enough quality for such price (e.g. no hand shower, and rainshower set up very high- very hard when washing small baby), could be more clean, awful view from window.

Prime area to do all your south Beach adventures!
I did like the big full body mirror in the room.
The bathroom had no fan so it smelled like mildew.
The hot water in the shower lasted 3 minutes
Also heads up there no counter space in the bathroom.
And there wasn't a centralized area for a girl to do her hair.
There was a small vanity but no lighting -
The lighting was just awful in the room.
