Hôtel actuellement en rénovation, le petit dej est dispo dans un autre hotel. Pas de restauration sur place. La salle de bain et les fenêtres mériteraient une rénovation également même si dans l’ensemble propre et convenablement équipé.

The location was fabulous.. just smack in the middle of south beach and ocean drive.. lively location, lots to do and see. The staff was very helpful and towels and amenities were clean.

The rooms need upgrading.. the tile floor in room was a bit uncomfortable if you won’t prepared to be barefooted . AC was an old fashioned one from the early 90’s and loud.

Great location. Staff was friendly. They have a nice little bar & you can also dine at hotel. Everything was in walking distance with a CVS next door.

The hotel location was perfect, placed on Ocean Drive opposite the beach.

Firstly the room was very dated and nothing like the booking.com pictures. The bathroom was degrading. Basically this hotel needs overhauling. Breakfast was disgusting, to be eaten with warped plastic knives in a 4 star hotel. We were upgraded to a sea view suite, but this was still old world. Nothing was done about the breakfast. We were given the option to move to the sister hotel, 2 blocks away,

The shower doors wouldn't open or close they were stuck. Elevator was really small only fir 3 people.

In an unbelievable location, right in the heart of Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, the Beach South Beach Hotel is one of the historic Art Deco buildings that appears in souvenirs and postcards. The hotel looks a little dated but that matters absolutely nothing at all once you take in consideration how inexpensive it is, the WONDERFUL staff (Sena, this is especially for you! YOU ROCK! all others too, of course!), their local restaurant recommendations, the British-like breakfast included, the free bikes you can use whenever you want, the lobby where we can rest in the AC to get away from the heat and humidity in the street... everything, absolutely everything is just spot on. If I return to Miami Beach this is definitely where I'm staying!

Excellent and friendly staff

Rooms were very dated and within our 2 night stay we had to change rooms 3 times- once for unsafe glass (loose) in secondary glazing, then for a faulty air con unit and again for a leaking shower which flooded the floor and wet our luggage. Resolution offered was pretty poor- waived resort fee!

Great location on the beach. There are many restaurants close by. The staff was super friendly! Everyone was very upbeat and happy to see you. I liked the whole vibe they have going on. Wished I could stay longer. And the soap smelled so amazing I had to go home and buy some for myself!

The parking was around the corner and down the block, so not super fun lugging suitcases around, but it wasn't too bad. We arrived during the dinner hour so it was super busy.

I loved the location because it was right across from the beach.

The air conditioner wasn't getting as cold as it should have.

the facilities are old, the room are not so comfotable, the elevator didn't work, there were construction works under our window at 4:00 am, and we didn't get any explnation or compensation for that.
