Hotel normal. Falta janela no quarta. Dava para um muro. Quarto pequeno, chuveiro fraco. Preço alto. Ainda que tenha feito a reserva de última hora após o booking não honrar com a minha anterior e me deixar na mão. Aguardando reembolso da não honrada para diminuir o prejuízo.

Location is its strongest point. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are tiny and outdated. Breakfast is VERY limited. The price is really inadequate to the condition.

O local é super agradável e fica numa das avenidas principais de Miami (Washington Av). O quarto é bem aconchegante e muito confortável. O acesso à Ocean Drive é muito fácil, cerca de 8min a pé. Achei muito seguro.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable.

No lift. Had to carry bags up and down stairs. Parking was around the corner and no parking to drop off bags.

Convenient location

I only stayed for one night as the staff was very rude and made me very uncomfortable during my stay. You have to carry your things up and down a long flight of stairs, and they are very rushing during check out. They also struggled with communication to me as the phones or TV did not work and so when it was time for me to check out, I didn’t understand that the time was earlier than what I saw during my booking what they still rushed me out anyways, and was very rude about it and proceeded to tell me that it was because the type of hotel they are doesn’t normally served people like me as a black person that felt very aggressive..

Il n est pas normal que l hôtel n'ai pas quelques sachets de Thé au petit déjeuner si on ne veut pas de café qui est imposé..
