The outside view of room

The price we booked from Booking.com is not the right price when we checked out from hotel, additional charge happened. and the room is not quiet enough for sleeping, the motor sound was too loud outside of the window which kept me awake for the whole night.

Bus to and from airport clean and timely in arrival and departure. Front desk staff helpful and welcoming. Restaurant staff were also welcoming and efficient. The food I ordered was tasty. My room, especially the bed, was comfortable. Everything was clean and at the advertised standard.

The location was very good, has a free shuttle running every half hour to & from the airport. There is a lovely walking path just outside the hotel which gives great views of the planes coming in to land over the Bay. I also thought the "Windows" restaurant & bar were very good. I had breakfast here one day & a dinner on two days & the service & food were excellent

Probably would have been good to have a small fridge in the room as my (purchased) drinks were a bit too warm to enjoy later on

10 minutes from SFO, location, has a gym. Staff was very accommodating, helpful, friendly, and professional.

The day I arrived and parked in the downstairs parking garage, the elevator was out of order and had to take the stairs to the lobby. Breakfast in the dinner room didn't have plates and coffee when we arrived. I found a long piece of hair in my eggs!

It would be good to have a bus service nearby so people could easily get to Burlingame, but that is outside the Hotel's control

The hotel was fine but...

The shuttle transportation was terrible. On arrival at the airport we waited about 40 min in the rain for the van, watching the vans of other hotels go by twice in that time. We were told that other hotels' vans came every 15 min. On return to the airport the next morning, there were a lot of people waiting at 9:30 and the van was much too small. The next large van didn't leave until 10. Luckily we were just picking up a rental car. If we were catching a plane, it could have been a big problem. This is a deal breaker for us. We will not stay in the hotel again in the future.

Der Flughafenshuttle funktioniert wirklich gut und ist im Gegensatz zu anderen häufiger und ohne Unterbrechung unterwegs. Im kleinen Laden neben der Rezeption konnten wir uns am späten Abend als wir ankamen noch einen frischen Snack zu einem vernünftigen Preis kaufen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, man konnte kostenlos frische Eiervarianten zusätzlich zum Buffet bestellen. Achtung: Tipp muss man extra zahlen.

Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Bad hat mir die Bodylotion gefehlt (wir waren nur eine Nacht bis zum Weiterflug da und ich wollte mir das Auspacken ersparen).

Staff very nice. Food and wine good. Good coffee in the morning was much appreciated as was shuttle, on time.

The air conditioning/ heating unit sounded it belonged like a warehouse. It was so loud. Next time I would request a room facing away from the freeway. Bathroom pretty sparse, no extra blanket available.

Room was clean.

My flight was early, but the airport shuttle service was not running to take me to the airport. My room overlooked the very noisy HVAC system.

They had no record of our reservation when we checked in and the power outage at 530am when we were getting ready to have breakfast. They did honor our rate but wanted to charge for breakfast which was to be included in the rate I had via booking.com. Thank heaven I had conformation printed and with me

NO WIFI Decoratiin of gthe bagthroom dated from the 60¨ Bath was relaquered probably 3 times and the lacque was cracked and partly gone

This hotel is excellent and in great location for getting on a plane in the San Francisco airport. Rooms are very comfortable and the bed was great. We will definitely stay here again when we have another early flight.

We booked a water view room, but what we could see was the roof and the area with construction next to the hotel. We didn't really need a view but we thought we would be able to see the ships in the bay.

The staffs were very nice and helpful! We borrowed a weigh meter from the front desk for free. They have free shuttle that comes every 30 min and parking for 20 per night.

No fridge inside the room. There was construction nearby and was very noisy starting at 7am. It would be nice if we can choose to have breakfast when booking the rooms.

It would be nice to have refrigerator inside the room. Some of the charger doesn't work. Hairdryer was too small and not powerful enough.

The shuttle bus was a great relief at the end of a long journey. We received an immediate friendly welcome and were checked in quickly. We all slept very well and the breakfast was a feast for our jet lagged tummies.
