Didn't get the room I was expecting. Bayview implies a water view but it was only a partial water view. Close to the airport so heard planes all night. Also heard the shuttle bus beeping below the room every half hour when it reversed out of the driveway. Recommend getting a waterfront room if you want a view.

The view is good, but the hotel needs an upgrade. The rooms are outdated, and the hotel feels very old. The breakfast that is offered wasn't what we expected for the price.

The hotel needs to be upgraded. The food is very overpriced, even for San Francisco.

Water front view was amazing.

Our first room we requested a waterfront view. We were put in a semi water front view non of the usb plugs worked. The view from our room didn’t complete a water view….others can have full view into your room and the tvs were small. Parking prices were extremely over priced.

Staffs, at check in lock us to M club without notice that we have to pay more. We asked about detail of charged later, front guy said not polite and not clear. Room service went to make my room around 3:30 pm, not normal time to do it? Should be late morning before noon? We should this hotel because not just close to airport, but free wifi is shown in booking.com, unfortunately we can not access free wifi in our room, we have to pay daily. Otherwise, we must go down and connect wifi in lobby area!

Great location for an overnight stopover in San Francisco. Good coffee, reasonable breakfast options, great beds. Convenient and efficient shuttle to airport.

More dining options within walking distance would be good, but understand this is not within the hotel’s control.

Well situated and very clean

The paiement was made via booking.com and yet the receptionist insist that for guarantee they needed to take my card print again. They charged both rooms again and no repayment has been made yet (a month later). At the restaurant the waiter was nice but I paid by card and then realised that we had enough cash. He said it was completely okay and cancelled payment by card and took cash We went home to realised that he had not and took both cash and card! All in all paid twice for one night and two rooms and a meal for 5 people. Outrageous!

My mother is 85 and can’t climb stairs, the shuttle had a very big step to get in and she couldn’t do it. We had to take a $30 ride to the hotel. The next morning a fire alarm went off and we went to the exit shown for handicapped people which was a staircase on the second floor. I had to leave her in the stairwell and ran down to the lobby with all of our bags. Lourdes at the front desk was very helpful and held my bags while I got a wheelchair and went to rescue my mother. We went to have breakfast because I’d paid for it with my room. The staff at the restaurant didn’t have it on my room so we decided to get something at Starbucks and Lourdes very kindly comped our food because she saw that I did pay the $45 extra for breakfast. The room we slept in, room 2032 was not worth $300. I expected more from a Marriott Property.

At this day and age Wifi should be free and included in the price. Parking was also way too expensive. 40 USD for overnight parking in outdoor parking lot is outrageous.

I had to pay $48.00 for parking even though it should be free parking since I am staying at their hotel. Booking should inform me that there is a $48.00 per day parking fee. I am very disappointed

Usually no body pick the call from the room at reception or house keeping . As per description, parking was included in my selected category of room but they charged me $ 48 for parking.

- we spotted some ants in the room - we wanted to go for breakfast to downstairs restaurant, but were told by the hostess that there were no empty tables and waiting time is ca 15-20 minutes, although many tables were unoccupied...Luckily Starbucks was close by...

Sliding bathroom door is not ideal. Has gaps between wall and door, also loud to operate.

Breakfast - the food was good, but the system is poor (old one). They made me wait more than 20 minutes because I didn't have a piece of paper.

Very nice place to stay

The view from anywhere on the hotel grounds was fantastic! The lights of the airport across the water were so beautiful. The food at the hotel was great and the beds were perfection. Was worried the sound of the planes in the distance might be an issue for my light-sleeping friend but she said it wasn't an issue and she slept great. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The shuttle drivers were on time and professional. All-in-all, very happy with our stay.

I needed to call the front desk to ask about the shuttle options from the airport: trying to get a phone number, or connection, to the front desk of the actual hotel was a NIGHTMARE! TOOK THREE CALLS to the general number. Maddening. Also the smell of the potpourri as you walk into the hotel lobby was obtrusive. Several of us in the elevator commented the same thing...WAAAAY too strong.

No housekeeping,so you need to clean your own rooms. Water fountain never worked , so you had to buy water at a extremely high price . Very far from central town , uber round trip will cost you 60 $ per day. Terrible smell from the bay along the promenade. No swimming pool or extra amenities at this hotel , convenient if you want to spend 1 night only as a layover
