It was close to Medieval Times in Kissimmee which is why we stayed there. Otherwise I do not have anything else that I can think of that is likeable about this hotel.

Hotel facility is run way down and very unclean. This hotel is in dire need of a renovation and cleaning. I thought that the Knights Inn brand would ensure some standard level of maintenance and cleanliness, but that's not the case. On top of this, the room smelled of smoke. They did not have breakfast and the pool was closed. When you look to book a room, it claims there's a continental breakfast and pool. Once you book, you get a message that breakfast is not being served and the pool is closed. Using COVID as an excuse, there are no COVID restrictions in the area.

Bed didn't have a comforter sheets had holes from cigarette Burns. And my shower head was broken so water was everywhere in the bathroom couldn't take a decent shower

This hotel was just awful I’m not one to complain but 1st ac wasn’t turned on so it was extremely hot and we had to lay there for at least 3 hrs before it cooled down. The bath tub looks like it has been cleaned since the 1980’s and with a fabric shower curtain hanging so low in the tub as you shower was just very unsanitary. Not to mention you could see the walls are a lil busted up in the bathroom and they weren’t discreet with the pest control there was the glue for roaches all over the walls. When I pulled in after driving for 6 hrs for a place to get some rest look like there was a hangout going on and staff didn’t mind at all I asked to be put on a different side so I could get some rest I wanted to check back out once I looked in the room but my husband and children were desperate to just shower and lay down. I think Motel 6 was would of been better than this place it was just very run down smelly and just really not a place you would want to go to with your kids.

Drug dealers roaches dirty cops patrolling owners know everything n cops!!!! Stay the hell away from this place unless you want to get drugs right there and roaches hiding in cabinets & fridge... Talking about they pass inspection somebody or people is getting paid to look the other way in this place!!! Disgusting

the room lacked cleanliness, the bathroom I had to clean to use the shower. the stained towels, damaged lamps, it should be cheaper it is not a place for that price, the pool the green water could not be used

Location was ok. Room was fairly clean and the air conditioner worked. Nice and quiet.

The towels were old, no tissues, damage everywhere. Everything I own stinks of smoke and whatever they use to cover up the smoke smell. Some shady residents, but they didn't bother us. Pool is a mess with the fence partially missing. Toilet was loose, toilet bar fell off. Cigarette Burn marks on the side of the tub.

It would be "ok" if the price for a room wasn't $110. It wasn't as in the pictures, dirty, shady, stains everywhere.
