old people need crab bars in bathrooms

Breakfast was an outrageous price for a mediocre breakfast to say the least

Literally, everything about this breakfast could have been better. Especially for the price. I would have expected this for a free breakfast.

Location is awesome!! For the most part the hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Hotel employees were friendly and helpful.

One of the pillowcases on our bed looked and smelled like it had not been replaced. Shower had a slow drain which caused the tub to slowly fill up while showering. Toilet paper holder was not securely attached to the wall. Room phone would not connect to front desk so I had to visit the front desk on a few occasions to ask for clean towels and toilet paper (I did request housekeeping at check in).

The location was great we were there for the fourth. Hotel was clean. The food at the restaurant wasn't bad. The room.was a nice size and the bathroom was clean.

They were very short staffed when we got there. I called and asked if they had a microwave and fridge in the room and they said yes and when we got there, we were told we had to request a microwave (Which they gave us the next day, ) they only had ice in one large container for all to retrieve from(not good) and then they ended up putting them in bags for us to retrieve. There were no ice machines elsewhere .

The pool water was green, and it didn’t seem the pool water was circulating/being filtered. Zero recognition of IHG Platinum status other than a sticker on the keycard folio. Hotel selected welcome points for us without asking and did not upgrade as even though a suite was available, until we asked.

Bathroom shower, beds,

no microwave. Frige not cold. No shower caps when i requested from front desk. Irritated maid when asked her for service . I expected more luxurious hotel.

The hotel was beautiful.

I don't know if we just had a bad room but I did experience bed bugs which was shocking. By time I discovered them it was pretty much too late to change rooms. Booking has been trying to contact the hotel to provide a refund but no response yet.

Cleanliness

Swimming pool temperature was cold. Spa timer did not work. Didn't have any literature handed to me or located in the room telling about the facilities, the restaurant, etc.

No wi fi.

I asked for an early check-in due to our stay being for husband’s surgery. They replied immediately saying, if at all possible, my request would be honored. It was..all he had to do was walk to the room & fall into bed. I so appreciate the early check-in & their kindness during our stay. Thank you!

The shining floors when you walk in.

The bathroom. Evidently they have been redone. They didn’t have the bars of soap or bottles of lotion. There were large bottles of the two (liquid soap) mounted on the wall in shower right close to the shower head and way above my head. If I had not had a shower cap with me my hair would have been soaked. Also by the time I reached up and pumped the soap into my hand or cloth it would be washed off as I turned to move back away from the shower head. Should have been mounted further back. At the sink they had the soap and lotion mounted as well. There was no problem with the liquid soap but if you need to sit to put on the lotion then the same thing having it pumped into your hand and finding a place to sit then go back to get some more. Also the toilet is very, very low. Other than the bathroom everything else was a good as it always is.

Room was very clean and much bigger than expected. The staff was very friendly and the amenities were great. Would definitely stay here again.

A little further from downtown Annapolis than I would have liked. But a short drive to see the sights. Other than that, a great stay.

Clean, always feel safe, friendly and courteous staff.

The breakfast was underwhelming.
