The location is convenient to airport parking, and the airport shuttle and breakfast would be helpful for many.

While clean, the room was not in good repair. Light was visible all around the door and it would not stay closed reliably unless the deadbolt was turned. I could hear every sound from the hallway and the bathroom fixtures were poorly installed.

Room was dirty and falling apart, had bugs and fire alarm kept chirping. Staff were not friendly. Had a extra charge do to the airport shuttle not running when I arrived

Airport shuttle was a joke. No pickup during the day. Construction a mess. Bugs in the room. Broken lock on door.

I think the whole carpet in the hotel needs to be replaced, they stinks. The room is not bad, except for the odors, the breakfast is not great either, be prepare to pay if you want good meal, which cost $10 per person.

The carpet was my major concern, the pillows were not comfortable, they all need to be looked into. I couldn't sleep in the night, AC was so loud, and smells come out of it.

The man who checked me in Ghandi was fantastic. The room I was assigned to had a fire alarm that needed a battery. It was making a chirping noise. The housing person wasn't around so Ghandi immediately apologized and gave me a different room.

The shower had no fixtures, no shower head and the bathtub had no stopper. Kinda strange uh? The man who drove the van at 10:00 was on time anf got me there safely. He was nice.

Hotel was not tidy trash all over , in the 5 floor where I stay bags of trash all on the floor . Hotel rep was rude in her phone while I was asking her questions . Very disappointed. I could have have went to red roof but was too tired to do that . I have picture to prove it roaches in the fridge . Smoking in the room weed hall way way smell of marajuna.

there is nothing good about the property. I had a reservation for 4 nights. I checked in at the hotel. I got my key, room 506, opened the door. I couldn't believe it. There were small roaches crawling on the floor. Returned at the front desk. Gave the key back and asked for my refund. They told me to contact Booking.com the booking company.

I booked a non-smoking room, but you could clearly feel that they had smoked in the room before. and the bedding had holes in several places/ had been burned with cigarettes. the room was in a terrible state, the wall was soaked, the wallpaper was half coming off, the curtains had remnants of plaster, the lamps were falling apart, the whole room felt dirty and smelly.

The area was nice, close to stores and restaurants. staff was nice.

The first room we had, the tub had a huge hole that was just plastered over. The plaster didn't hold and my foot went through it. The second room was even worse. The bathroom didn't even have a door on it! There were roaches and ants. There was no microwave in the room or a refrigerator. And there was no coffee machine. all of the appliances listed were mentioned as included in the room I booked.

It was close to the airport

The smoke detector was missing from 1 room and hanging in the second room. The faucets at the sinks were loose and not caulked. The shower wall in the 1st room was cracked with spackle placed to "fix" it. The floors needed to be swept, there was hair visible on them when we walked in.

The bed was comfortable. Very friendly staff with the exception of one woman(housekeeper).

I didn't care for the roaches, and mouse who visited my room. The grounds were very dirty, with trash blowing around the property. One housekeeper whom had an accen had a attitude as if i was bothering her. Only one house keeper knocked for room service.

this was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at! the photos online are nothing like the real thing, there was hair all over the bathroom, mould, cigarette ashes it looked like it had never been cleaned. they bathroom also had no towels, the room had no phone and no smoke detector. I peeled the sheets back to find black hair, stains and paint on the bedsheets. I went downstairs to ask for towels when they told me they didn’t have any clean ones at the moment. this room was so bad I left and slept in my car, they also refused to give me any type of discount! save your money!!

This is not a motel , this is guest house & also all rooms are smoking & 75% rooms r weekle & monthly people are living on this motel
