The hotel staff was friendly and happy to be helpful. The lobby was clean. We used the unlimited water bottle dispensing amenity. That was a unique and convenient touch. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to stream our movie from our computer to the television.

The coffee was not good. There was no mini-fridge. The chair in the room was falling apart. I actually was nearly punctured by a nail sticking out. The lighting was poor. Valet parking would be a nice addition. Dragging luggage up from the parking garage across the street was a bit trying. It seems more appropriate for a single business person than a family or couple's trip.

Ubicación con muchos restaurantes y almacenes alrededor,. A corta distancia de City Hall. En el lobby, luminoso y cómodo, con TV grande y hasta una pequeña biblioteca, hay una excelente máquina de café, té y agua para beber.. Para una sola persona, la habitación es muy cómoda. Cama doble muy buena con cómodas almohadas, espejos muy convenientes. Escritorio con cajones, silla ejecutiva, cafetera y estaciones para cargar (también en uno de los veladores), en el televisor se puede ver la hora y el clima En el closet hay lo necesario para planchar y una funda que pienso debe contener un secador de pelo pero no pude cogerla porque está colocada detrás de la plancha y la repisa es un poco elevada para mi Aunque el baño es muy compacto, la ducha está bien y en el mesón del lavatorio y dos repisas pequeñas hay espacio para los frascos y tubos que siempre llevamos

La televisión no estaba centrada frente a la cama. En el extremo izquierdo se ve pasablemente bien; la segunda persona terminará con torticolis. El único toallero del baño es un aro donde ponen las dos toallas de mano, una encima de otra, que no es nada práctico si están dos personas. Las toallas de baño están dobladas en una repisa y una vez ussadas se puede poner una en la barra de la cortina o forzosamente tirarlas al suelo. Todo estaba muy limpio, pero no le di mejor nota porque resulta que hay que llamar a pedir que arreglen la habitación según consta en un cartelito en el que especifican además dos tipos de servicio y no queda claro si es algo adicional. Esto es muy extraño porque en todos los hoteles la limpieza diaria es parte del servicio. El primer día no me arreglaron la habitación porque no llamé. Al segundo lo solicité en recepción y me dejaron el cartelito en la cama como para que me entere bien. Según me explicó una joven muy atenta en recepción al hacer el check out, hay clientes que no quieren que toquen sus cosas y nadie entre y por eso ellos no arreglan si no lo solicitan. Comenté que para eso está el letrero de "No Molestar" pero parece que para ellos no es suficiente. Un hotel que no ofrece servicio de cafetería debería tener mejor entrenado al personal para recomendar opciones cercanas de dónde desayunar. Me costó trabajo arrancarle información al joven que estaba en recepción que parecía no conocer los alrededores.

It was a clean room for a good price. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

Die Lage ist toll, 20 Minuten zu Fuß zur Liberty Bell. Das Hotel ist sehr besonders, schön eingerichtet, sehr empfehlenswert. Die Zimmer sauber und nett eingerichtet. Das Gym war auch gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Kleine Zimmer und sehr kleines Badezimmer. Das Zimmer nebenbei war so nahe, dass man gehört hat, wie die Nachbarn auf der Toilette waren, was unangenehm war. Keine Parkplätze verfügbar, allerdings gibt es eine Verbilligung zu einer Parkgarage (insgesamt dann 36$ pro Nacht ohne Rausfahrprivilegien), die auch gleich um die Ecke ist (4 Min zu Fuß).

The location was excellent. It's within walking distance of a lot of shopping, food, and sightseeing. I was there for The Roots Picnic, and though I rented a car, I feel like I might have been able to get to the event location with public transit or even rideshare. I've stayed here twice and the staff is really kind and helpful.

Parking can be expensive. The hotel provides a daily discount but only if you plan to park and stay. If you're willing to walk, a little you can probably find less expensive parking.

Lacks facilities. No fridge in the room and walls quite thin - can hear conversation in neighbouring rooms

La situation géographique (en plein centre) et en même temps l’hôtel est au calme. La chambre est propre et bien disposée. Le distributeur de café à volonté dans le hall !

The hotel was in a good location.

There wasn't any hot water during my stay there, and so having a shower was painfully cold. The hotel put on hold the entire amount of the stay (5 nights) on two of my cards, and then charged me on one of them. With the blocked amounts, it was like I had paid for the hotel stay three times, and this caused extensive inconvenience during my travels! They were unresponsive both through Booking messages and email.

The location was pretty convenient to where I needed to be. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly.

Alle 3 de kamers die wij hadden geboekt waren mooi, schoon en hadden prima badkamer en bedden. Wij werden door de receptiemedewerker uiterst geduldig en aardig geholpen. Mooi visitekaartje voor dit hotel.

The location was perfect for the subway and food places to eat, as we were attending Wrestlemania, and the option for tea/coffee and water was a nice added extra.

We had a 3 day stay and not once was the trash bin emptied in the room, a restock of toilet roll and clean towels offered. There were stains on the carpet and top sheet, the mirror in the bathroom was broken and the shower handle had a yellow stain/rust on the basin. The room resemble more like a dorm room than a hotel room and not very comfortable to sleep in. The room was too small and cramped for the price, but luckily we only stayed in there to sleep as our days were busy elsewhere.

Room was a little small, 11th floor, room 25. Really, every sq inch was carefully divided into super small areas. But it was quasi not entirely uncomfortable, just restricted in space where a few more sq inches would have made a great difference.

Location was very convenient to the sites to see and to transportation. Room was pleasant to look at and functional. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional.

Had some problem with the key card to get into the room. Took a few times before the door unlocked.

Kiosk Check-in process, guest water bottle filling stations on every floor, hotel lobby living room with self-serve coffee machine/choices, amazing gym....and comfy bed / clean room and bathroom.

Lots of nearby restaurants, easy access to public transit, even a bookstore on the next block. The room had a desk with a good reading lamp and places to charge my electronics. Lots of coffee or tea in the lobby. I washed my clothing on the upper floor and used the hotel's powder.

The washing machine was a combo wash and dry. The drying function did not work well for me so the second load I just washed and let it dry in my room. The room was fine for a single person but the space available to move around the bed without hitting the TV on the wall was minimal. However, I did pay for the smallest and cheapest room so I was happy.

On arrive the guy in reception really could not be bothered to assist me He came across as really couldn’t care and rude He told me to use the self check in which I had no idea what to do and he wasn’t bothered to help Explained nothing about the hotel or facilities He made me feel uncomfortable to ask In the morning I ask reception where’s breakfast to get a blunt reply back their isn’t any Really would not recommend this hotel No facilities and rude staff Book some where else

Excellent location. Easy to get to the train station, local buses, and Regional Rail. Room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Convenient hotel. Had a comfortable stay there when I was in town for work. Efficient check-in / check-out using screens so I did not have to wait.

It was a great location and a nice room.

The room lacked outlets, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, so much woke up in pain, they didn't validate parking, there is no breakfast option. I won't be staying here again my next time in Philly, it was absolutely not worth 800+ dollars.

The bed and sheets were amazing. The bathroom was dated but had nice updates.

Stylistically the whole hotel was a bit of a stretch. It felt like an early 20th century building that had too many redesigns that didn't work together. There were strange people littered about the hotel. There was a guy on my hall that just stood out my door apparently talking on the phone, but I question that. Strange place.

The location is great, only a block away from board street and the fantastic city hall. For me a prime location., with easy excess to the subway. Friendly staff and the rooms where of a good size. The coffee machine was an awesome extra.

The price was a little step but you are in the city. Another thing was, if you didn't know your way around the city, there was no information or maps for guides. I just think that would have been helpful.
