Dated Dirty Elevators not working

The location was central. We were walking distance to most everything.

The linens and towels were dirty. They did not clean the rooms unless you asked, and even when I did ask, the room was not clean, the bed was not made, and fresh towels were not given. I would not stay there again. I had great experience at other Kimpton hotels, but this one was lacking. The rooms were much smaller than their other hotels, too.

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Cute decor. Infused water in the lobby. Exceptionall staff. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Bedding is comfortable. Our view was cute!

Valet was about $70, when we went to receive our vehicle, there was a 20+ min. wait due to parking being shared with another hotel. Need better parking options! Breakfast only had a small window of time, and so did happy hour. Elevators are Painfully slow.

it’s a gorgeous building more of a boutique beautifully decorated and the best place to stay at in the most desirable location. Stores and restaurants all walking distance. if you want to visit the Liberty bell I would Uber only 10 min but you don’t want to stay in that area so this location was perfect

Beautiful spot, nice lounge, great staff, clean and normal-sized rooms with nice modern facilities. No complaints. Center city pricing, but that's just how it is in that area.

Hotel bar was kinda weak; especially considering the one directly across the street from their front door is waaaay nicer.

Monday morning the dinning room was short staff. 10 munites get seated ( we were the only ones waiting. Once we put our order in that we waited another 30 minutes. But there is a labor crunch nationwide.
