Room was set for maintenance repair but was rented to me. Then i was locked out for repairs and had to be walked to the room without key cards and told to wait. The cleaning lady had to help me and get keys made for me so could leave. So many problems, checking un was horrible, bookjng an extra night was a nightmare. It seemed to be family ran and it was horrible.

Situated at a great location

In general appears Recently renovated.

Needs deep cleaning and attention to details.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Check in and out was easy.

Heard a lot of the noise from hallway and next door. Much more than I would expect from any hotel let alone a Westin. This was just normal sounds like a TV, people in hallway, doors shutting. Heard everything like it was in my room. I was on 4th flor. Shuttle in am was late for first pick up at 430, so needed to use lyft to make it to flight at 610.

Convenient location for overnight stay before early stay. Very clean and nice. Would happily recommend.

The hotel was very clean and my room was exactly like the pictures online. I was very satisfied with the level of comfort in my room. I liked how close the location was to Reagan National Airport and how easy it was to get to Washington D.C. (for sight seeing).

There were no menus in the room to receive room service and my television didn't work. We kept losing internet service for the tv.

Very accommodative and caring staff. Wonderful stay, will definitely be back!

The bedding was very comfortable. The room was clean. AC worked great. Good water pressure.

Upon check in had to wait and ask for help because there was no one at counter. The fee for self parking is extremely high. The TV remote is outdated and doesn't work properly. Could not be used for checking out. Tried calling to check out, ended up having to go to the counter.

The Westin was well located and comfortable.

While the food was good, it seemed odd to eat dinner at the bar in the lobby. The larger eating facility was only opened for breakfast.

I just stayed for the night

They charge me 75$ at the desk when I checked in so really I didn’t save any money booking with you ,at least that’s what they tried to tell me
