Apartment is in need of updating. Rugs are badly stained, walls could use a repaint.

Great location and views. Sky deck was terrific, although it was unfortunate the pool closed so early.

The furniture was super uncomfortable and it didn't feel clean. There were scuff marks on nearly every wall.

Apartment was not clean. Host asked me to gather linen and run washer! Leaving the keys in an unlocked apartment was not secure and I could possibly be open to loss and liability.

Everything other than the parking garage next door

The parking garage next door wouldn't take my card every time I tried to exit the garage

It took me 3 hours after confirming my reservation to get assistance. I was told I had to pay for the room before I arrived. Then for the next 3 hours the kept trying to run my credit card as cash. This caused the transaction to fail. It wasn’t until I spoke with my CC company that I was told this. Upon my check in the room was filthy. I had to wait an additional 2 hours before my room was clean. I then had to wait and addition 2 hours before I could watch tv in the bedroom. Apparently the last guest took the tv wire. Lastly it has been 10 day and I have yet to receive the $300 deposit. The deposit I may add that was not told to me until I was checking in about to pull up to the establishment.

The property itself was nice and so were the associates. I didn’t like the miscommunication.
