Parking was terrible. Not enough spaces and oversold. Our room smelled like lintament. It was a little off putting.

Property was close to airport but there was hardly any parking and they insisted on charging us $45 to park but there weren’t any places available. Had to park at airport and take two shuttles to return to hotel …3 hours !! And bar closed at ten when all “three “ rooms that I reserved were finally through with our parking fiascos. Called for a wake up call three times no one answered and they charged my son for a room that I had already paid for so hopefully our bills will be refunded for parking and room overcharge

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was wonderful and the room was so comfortable to stay in and the hotel location is near everything but the saving grace was free on street parking around the corner. It's less than a 5 minute walk and so worth it.

The only thing I didn't like was the parking. I understand you have unlimited access but for the high prices of the bistro and parking being $45...there was no way. Find FREE weekend parking around the corner and walk to the hotel and stay there. It was cheaper for us to Lyft our way around where we needed to go then move my car.

Our stay at Courtyard Arlington Crystal City was made enjoyable by several factors. Firstly, the location was ideal for our layover, providing easy access to the airport and nearby amenities. The hotel's cleanliness was commendable, with well-maintained facilities and rooms that met our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally, the shuttle service option offered convenience for travelers, making transportation to and from the airport hassle-free.

Despite the positive aspects of our stay, there were some drawbacks, particularly concerning the shuttle service. While the option for shuttle transportation was appreciated, our experience with it was mixed. The wait time for pickup exceeded our expectations, with a delay of over 40 minutes due to infrequent shuttle runs. Furthermore, the restriction on shuttle service operating hours, not starting before 5 am, proved inconvenient for our early morning flight, requiring us to seek alternative transportation to the airport. This inconsistency in shuttle service reliability was the main downside of our otherwise pleasant stay at the hotel.

The facility was exceptionally clean to the point that I did not even have to use the cleaning supplies I had packed. I did not have to ask for extra towels or bath cloths as there was an adequate supply available for my stay. Also, the staff and other employees were very friendly and helpful. The property was also conveniently situated which made it easy to get back and forth from our engagements.

I have no dislikes about this property.

Extremely clean and close to the airport. Has an airport shuttle available, Starbucks, and breakfast 🥞. Truly wish I could’ve stayed longer. My room was absolutely beautiful and the bathroom was stunning overall gorgeous facility.

Cost of the parking wasn’t the same as what the site said, the additional charge they hold for damages is pointless, the place wasn’t that clean, walls are super thin, breakfast was crazy expensive

I wasn’t aware of the fact that I booked parking through WAY.com. But was told it couldn’t be paid for using WAY while staying at the property. Front desk was very accommodating.

ホテルの予約をした額と支払いの金額を確認したところ相違していた。チェックインの際支払いしているにもかかわらず 担当者からは事前金の説明や金額の相違については全くなかった。領収書の発行もしないため確認できない。 また、ビールを購入した際、部屋に栓抜きがなく再度フロントまで行ったところ、料金支払いを疑われ領収書を見せて納得したが領収書は申し出しないと発行しないらしくずいぶん横柄な対応だと感じた。前払い金の処理はまだ行われていないため速やかに処理してほしい。

The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The shuttle to and from the airport was very dependable and drivers were super nice.

There was no free coffee or water in the lobby. We expected better for what we paid. Next time in DC we will look for better value for our money.

My last night a man wriggled the handle of my door. I looked out the peep hole and he quickly walked away. The hotel did send a security guard.
