They made you pay extra for parking but don't have enough spots for all the cars they've promised spots to. They had cars double parked and the office asked for us to leave our car keys with them, absolutely not happening. Turned into a huge ordeal. The room had broken window shutters with towels used to cover the open spots. The floors were dirty, mold in the bathroom. The TV in our room had connection issues 95% of the time and when it did connect it was in black and white. Our room had a sofa bed, no linens were provided and the mattress was stained, absolutely disgusting. Location wasn't bad. Bed was decent for Motel 6 but I would not return to this location.

Was able to get disability room close to elevator. Parking was easy and close to room. Cost for parking was fair.

The room smelled weird. The room had unfixed damage to it (I.e. shower). Television sound didn’t work. No coffee maker or refrigerator in room.

Nothing ! Staff was rude! Place was dirty! Was not allowed any visitors. So my boss was not allowed to come give me my assignments.

Staff was very nice, location was great spot and close to areas of interest. The AC in unit was amazing.

Stains on the sheets, hair on towel, cracked sink, cracked mirror, tons of fingerprints/ black stains on door and walls. Walking on floors, after 5 min of walking around socks were black from how dirty the floor was. Initially when entering the room, it had a strong strong stench of cleaning products and chemicals when in reality none were probably put to good use.

The property was alright, room was clean, some dark spot were starting to appear in the bath room, I do believe it is value for money , and not far from the hustle and bustle of Fisherman’s wharf. There is parking but you have to pay for it, but still better than the prices they ask for parking elsewhere. Staff where not overly friendly. Value for money and no frills.

Staff could have been a bit friendlier, keep an eye on the mild in the Bathroom .
