I made two separate bookings. Initially for my stay 8/13-8/15 was great. I had a brother that was very ill in a Vegas hospital and James checked me in over the phone. On the 15th I extended my stay due to the fact that my brother was not getting released. Once I got to hospital, my brother had taken a turn for the worst. He was placed on hospice, I called hotel. Explained that I wouldn't be returning as my brother was placed on hospice and I was going to stay at his side. I informed hotel staff that I was sending my daughters to retrieve my belongings and check out. They stated that they understood. The reservation that I made stated that it was partially refundable. Customer service stated that I would get reimbursed for part of the reservation. They never did. When I contacted them and customer service they said it took 7-10 days. I never received it. When I contacted customer service again they flat out refused to reimburse me. June through August my brother was ill in Vegas. I stayed various times and it was my go to place. A little over two months of travel and hotels. After this, I will not be returning and I will not recommend this place to anyone I know. I was loyal and there A LOT. And they want to rip me off for checking out on a partially refundable reservation because my brother was dying on hospice. That was the 15th of August. He died the 17th.

That I extend a reservation in the morning and cancel it a few hours later due to a dying loved one and they could care less. They kept my money anyway.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport and offers a free shuttle service that runs every hour. The staff is friendly and the check in and check out process was quick and smooth. They exceeded our expectations by not charging us the cost of one night after a last minute weather-related change. The room was big and had two queen beds, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, bathroom with bathtub/shower. It was clean.

Smell of smoke cigaret even if it was a non smoking room. Shuttle starts only at 7 am so we couldn't use it as our flight was at 8.30 am and we needed to be at the airport 2 hours before the flight.

Staff was very nice,helpful,friendly and Smiling. Walking distance to the Strip.

The refridgerator was loud. We turned it off since we didn‘t need it anyway.

I am very grateful for the staff. James was the evening clerk and was busy, yet he was kind and patient with everyone. In the morning, I had a dead battery and was trying to get to the airport, Jay was so helpful and offered two immediate solutions to help us with the time-sensitive situation. Because of her, we got our car jumped. Mark (maintenance) helped us and he was equally great. The room was okay, I wanted to jokingly say they didn't charge enough for the bathroom strobe lights, but workers made all the difference in the world and again, they helped us out in a tight situation when they really didn't have to. Thank you to all of them.

Great staff top to bottom, great location steps from the strip. very clean rooms, stayed for EDC weekend as did most of the other guests so it was not sketchy. Breakfast was good to go.for Edc when you won't eat too much and Dennys is steps away.

Wish TVs were streaming (Netflix, YouTube etc.)

absolutely filthy room. It smelled horrible and there were bugs in the room. You could smell that someone had been smoking in there and it also smelled damp and musty.  the property is really rundown and in a creepy area.  I didn’t feel safe at all with my family there. Definitely will never stay here again!

The hotel is… correct! It was decent considering it was nearby the Strip. I love that there's a free shuttle bus to/from the airport! Free tea/coffee for the morning.

Even if it's nearby the Strip, you have to take a 10/15 mins walk from the Excalibur/Tropicana hotel. The breakfast could be enhanced - apart from sweets and coffee/tea, there's nothing else.

Close to the strip and airport. Airport shuttle was a bonus. Reasonable price for decent accommodation.
