Security is quite good. Comfort. Balcony. Proximity to monorail service. Dual bathrooms. Tons of closet space!
Would rent there again. Any shortcomings listed are of this particular unit and are easily fixed.
In need of small repairs, broken floor lamp, another one with no bulb, only 2 dining chairs (a broken one in a closet), hanging, frayed hem on LR drapery. An alarm clock with no instructions. I have photos. But can’t seem to post here in comments and the space for photos is specific to areas of property, not the room, so only lamp there.
Kitchen well stocked for 2-3 people but no pot holders or even a kitchen towel to use as a pot holder so couldn’t use the kitchen other than the coffee maker.
Refrigerator froze everything so no grocery shopping. The kitchen was the reason for this rental. Shame because it was otherwise very nice.
Although it isn’t a complaint, I suggest updating the tiny coffee maker to a Keurig.
The desk informed me upon checkin that this unit is not rented by them, so if I need anything in the kitchen, they don’t handle it. They did deliver new towels & toiletries the 3rd day which was a surprise but appreciated.

The 1 bedroom apartment was nice. Very big, spacious and clean. Great location close to everything. The owners are AMAZING. Asked for a later check out the day before leaving and the owners accommodated me no hesitation. I was able to check out at 4pm for no extra charge. Would definitely recommend, and will be booking with them again

The location was great and the hotel facilities
The room was advertised to sleep 6 adults, one bedroom and two sofa beds.
The only people to get any sleep were the two in the bedroom on a double bed.
The sofa bed was over used and quite frankly not fit for purpose! The springs were visible and poking through the mattress, the mattress protector did little to help with the comfort. The bed when made up was arched massively, thus not a comfortable bed to sleep in.
The other 'sofa bed' was in fact a blow up bed, who would agree to paying to sleep on a blow up bed in a hotel?
On arrival, only the main bed was made up, the rest we had to do ourselves, including rearranging the furniture so we could actually fit the blow up bed in the front room.
We complained as soon as we arrived and was advised that there were no other beds available! We asked for compensation and they offered to clean the room at no additional charge to us, we had no issue with cleaning so declined this offer. They offered a 10% discount on a future booking, again we declined as we do not go on holiday together usually and this would not benefit each person affected.
They then ignored us, we kept asking for them to consider a partial refund to no avail. Once back in the UK, we spoke to booking.com who again we're not helpful and said that they could only help if the property owner agreed compensation.
Unfortunately we did not take pictures to support our complaint and the only one we have I attach, to show we are not liars the property owner is. In addition, it shows you how little room there is in the main front room once both beds are up.
Essentially neither booking.com or the property owner accept responsibility for their false advertising and a suite that is definitely not fit to sleep 6 adults.
We have been left with no compensation or refund and advised to write a review so future customers are aware of the problems.
I suggest you do not book this property.

Run and don’t book this! This is an apartment and not a hotel.
And Booking.Com won’t take responsibility for it - even though it is being being advertised in their platform.

That you only get one parking space and booking.com website says “free parking”. We had five guests and we had two cars , one of my guests had to park their car a block away and pay.

Condo with one bedroom and two bathrooms worked well.
Toilet was dirty with a wad of hair in it and urine spots on the seat when we got there.
You will say you should have called us. I say I handled it cause it would take longer to deal with you. I say double check your work when you think you are done.
We requested extra towels at booking time as there were four of us for four nights and got no response or towels.
Property is good but the details by the owner were ignored.

This was better than the MGM Grand itself. I will be staying here from now on. The price difference wasn't much and the value for my money was better at the Signature. As a travel advisor I will recommend the Signature to all of my clients from now on.

Loved the Signature ... much more than the MGM .
Staff at MGM not as friendly; did not make an effort to accommodate my father's ADA needs. Hence I booked your room at the Signature, and moved them to the Signature Tower after they spent a horrible night at the MGM. We are all glad he moved. It was sooooo much better. Room so much closer to the elevator; larger room to accommodate his mobile scooter; better price structure for a larger better room; staffing was wonderful; accommodating; helpful; cheerful.
Nothing really ... price was okay ... of course .. one always wishes for a lesser price ... but understand prices all around Vegas ... so the room was great :)

The hotel itself was a pleasant experience. The restaurants, shows, staff, the view. The jacuzzi was exceptional. The kitchen was a plus with almost every you need. Just needs a oven mitt but we made it happen.

We never received bath robes, breakfast in the room like it was stated on the list of amenities. Would of been a more pleasant stay if we were accomadated. Instead we were lied to and accused of stealing.

The issue I had was that the engineering/maintenance company. Came to inspect the balcony hand rail (reported to be a call from the owner prior to my stay). The maintennace company ended up closing my access to the balacony.
The balcony is one of the reasons i rented this unit. I'm requesting a partial refund for the lack of use of the balcony.
