Was exactly what we needed for a one night stay.

Bathroom needs a serious update...or at least some serious cleaning. White bedspreads were stained. Ice machines were not working. Refrigerator was gross.

Location on a way to Orlando, swimming pool, simple breakfast (however having a frozen omelette was a bit surprising)

So outdated, so many things not working - microwave, I have a 9 month old and needed the microwave for hot water. Lamp - when 3 lamps is the only source of light, 1 not working is a big deal. Hair dryer - I can wear wet hair out, why not? No breakfast as advertised. The pool was barely maintained and had like 4 chairs, not even lounge chairs, just sit up chairs. No elevator. Toilet leaked and carpeted rooms are always a red flag. Save yourself the headache and pay a few more dollars for a clean space.

Good value and comfortable bed.

We arrived at 2:45pm. The hotel looked nearly empty. I asked if I could check in early because we had to get ready for a wedding. The staff member showed zero interest in assisting me. She pointed at the sign on the wall that read "Check in at 4:00pm". I told her that I understand but we need to get ready for a wedding and asked if it was possible that a room was ready that we could take a bit early. She said that nothing was available. I find that extremely hard to believe at 2:45pm with only a few cars in the parking lot. The lack of empathy and concern was disappointing. When we finally checked in after the wedding (We had to get dressed in a Cracker Barrel bathroom) we found that several lights as well as the hair dryer were not working.

Good place for a very short stay

We were unable to lock our room as the door locker was broken..The room would definitely need more cleaning

we were told we could check in after 11pm and when we went to the area to check in, it was locked and closed. nobody was there. we did not get to check in and we didn’t have anywhere to stay. we called the next morning to let them know and they said someone was supposed to come in after the employee who left at 11pm but nobody was there.

The location was good

There was mold in the shower. No cups. The refrigerator and tv was unplugged and leaking. Not enough towels.

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with the services at this hotel, the first night I arrived here, they gave me a room that did not have a refrigerator, there was no carpet for the bathroom floor, the door lock was broken and the ceiling was full of mold, the next day they changed my room where the coffee maker didn't work, they left me without towels and without a rug for the bathroom floor, they didn't collect the garbage in the room and without soap to wash my hands or to shower.
