The room was spacious.
Someone had urinated in the elevator. We called to let someone know. The next morning it was still there. Smelled awful. There were questionable characters smoking pot by their vehicle in the parking lot. Others were loitering in the hallways in the hallways late at night. I did not feel safe there at all.

Mooi groot zwembad fijn dat het zwembad tot 23:00 open is zodat je na een bezoek aan Disneyland toch nog even kan afkoelen. Ruime mooi kamers met goede bedden. Voldoende gratis parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel. 10 minuten vanaf Disney World.
Weinig zitplaatsen in de ontbijtzaal. Buiten is wel voldoende plaats.

The room was the best we’ve ever stayed in with two rooms and two bathrooms everyone was comfortable and able to relax.

Never again!!!!! Hotel does not keep what it promises. I also do not understand how people come up with this rating. The staff at reception were very unfriendly at check-in. After a 30-hour journey with 2 children, I wanted a quiet room not near the elevator. The elevator opened and I stood in the room. OK, another discussion at reception... change rooms. The rooms are dark. There is only one bedside lamp in the bedroom. Everything is very shabby and showing its age. Bathroom has no toilet brush and only a completely broken shower curtain. There were only five hangers for 5 people. The sofa bed was not made up for our daughter. It rained through the windows. Pool facilities well-maintained and clean. Breakfast OK, but everything... really everything is served on or in plastic. If you arrive after 8 a.m., you cannot get a seat.

buena ubicación (zona Kissime si la idea es ir a los parques aprox distancia 15 minutos) incluso de no contar con movilidad hay un bus gratis a los parques. Buen desayuno., pileta, jacuzzi gym bien, acceso a sala con lavarropas de ser necesario.

Pool was nice, I liked the rooms and how they resembled an apartment to make it easier for long term stays.
The complimentary breakfast was always packed, could not comfortably sit down and eat the breakfast because someone is basically standing on you. Floors were dirty and wet, constantly had puddles on my specific floor where I stayed. Did have mold in my room, on my curtains specifically, not sure if there was mold in other places because I only noticed it the last day of the trip when I woke up. The complimentary shuttles had very weird times. Sometimes it would leave at 7-8 AM and then wouldn’t pick you up until 9 PM. (Way after most of the stuff at the park can be done. You can usually knock out the park attractions and rides in 6 hours. Makes it inconvenient when you’re tired at around 4-5 and you realize they don’t pick you up until later, so you HAVE to Uber home.)

Breakfast was Excellent. You could add a greater variety of fruits, like grapes or cantaloupe. Otherwise, very happy !

A localização sem dúvidas é o melhor deste hotel, pois fica entre 10 a 15 minutos dos parques da Disney e entre 20 a 25 minutos dos parques da Universal. Perto do hotel há algumas opções para comer como Pizza Hut, Red Lobster, Ihop e Mcdonald´s. Na frente do hotel tem uma New Balance Clearance e muito próxima uma farmácia Walgreen´s e uma Nike Factory Store. O segundo ponto positivo são a piscina e a jacuzzi que, ao final do dia, principalmente em dias quentes, é uma excelente opção para relaxar e fica aberta até as 23:00. O estacionamento gratuito e farto também é um fator positivo Além do mais tem um posto grudado no hotel que possui uma excelente conveniência para quebrar o galho.
Café da manhã repetitivo, ficamos 11 dias e era exatamente igual todos os dias, sendo que em alguns dias havia só laranja como opção de fruta. A máquina de waffles salva uma pouco. Outro fator negativo é a péssima iluminação dos quartos (não tem lâmpada nos tetos, apenas luminárias, os quartos ficam muito escuros.) O banheiro é aquele estilo clássico americano de banheiro com cortina de plástico. O quarto todo tem carpete. Em relação a limpeza, você só ganha se ficar mais de 07 dias, caso contrário apenas trocam as toalhas dos banheiros e repõem o que falta.

Rooms were exceptional ! Felt more like a well furnished apartment than a hotel room. Could have accommodated up to six/seven people comfortably. Breakfast was well prepared and a well planned variety to suit anyone's cravings. Heated pool and hot tub were very nice.
Room service didn't pick up / exchange used towels and trash so had to call after hours to have this done. Bath tubs were very slippery and caused my wife to injure herself when she lost her footing. Was only given a bath mat after complaining about the incident. She was in discomfort and not able to enjoy remainder of stay.

Close to everything. Room was large. Problems were solved in a short period of time. Most of staff were wonderful. Pool was great. Free laundry facilities. They allowed my dog(Yorkie) to stay with us
Breakfast. Noisy. Room was next to the elevator. So noise all day. Not enough utensils and dishes. Only 1 spoon. Would have preferred a Keurig for coffee. Had to get extra coffee every day. There were 3 of us and only one package of coffee.

1) O tamanho do local do café da manhã, pois em alguns momentos, não havia lugar para tomar o café da manhã e tínhamos que esperar.
2) Houveram momentos que após a limpeza do quarto, não foram repostas as toalhas e tínhamos que pedir na recepção.

Las instalaciones estaban en buen estado, a pesar de ser un hotel viejo. Excelente ubicación
La limpieza no era óptima, solo pasan a tender la cama y a veces ni lo hacían. Varias veces pedimos limpieza general en la recepción y hasta vimos cucarachas. Nunca lograron limpiar completamente. Cuando hablamos con el personal de housekeeping estaban más concentrados en el tiempo que en la calidad ya que les pedían cumplir con un mínimo de habitaciones por hora, sin importar cómo quedarán. Tal vez deben modificar esa política y centrarse más en la calidad y la limpieza real.

Nos encanto!? Excelente ubicación. 8-15 min Max de los parques. Muy buenas dependencias. 2 baños y 3 televisores por departamento. El aseo ligero diario y el desayuno se agradece ya que permiten estar en total modo vacaciónes. A pasos cuenta con un 7 eleven, Wallgrens, gift shop y a unos 300 metros un publix. Entorno seguro y cómodo. Atención y disposición del personal estupenda.
Muy atentos a cualquier necesidad o solicitud de amenitie.
Que mejorar: contar con algún riel en el baño Para colgar la ropa mojada luego de la pisicina .
Chequear que la cantidad de vajilla de la habitación coincida con la cantidad de personas incluidas en la reserva.
La vajilla desechable del desayuno se entiende que es práctica pero se sugiere cambiar por algún material más sustentable biodegradable o reciclable, ya que se genera mucha basura.
Contar con opción de basurero para elementos reciclables quizás por piso, no necesariamente por habitación.Cómo las estancias pueden ser largas en algunos casos y hay cocina, muchos huéspedes que están acostumbrados a separar su basura ( al menos plásticos y papeles o cartones) podrían seguir haciéndolo,
La piscina, la atención y la habitación Perfectos. Sería ideal poder contar con un par más de sillas para la mesa.

La habitación tenía poca luz, es bueno que incluya el desayuno pero todos los días es lo mismo por lo tanto termina aburriendo cuando te quedas más de 3 días, es muy limitado, ya no dan ganas de comer todos los días igual, al parecer el aseo solo incluía hacer las camas y cambio de toallas porque el baño nunca fue limpiado y el resto de los espacios tampoco y el sofá cama estaba muy gastado

Café da manhã estranho…não tem presunto e queijo por exemplo, mas é bem servido…é um hotel típico anos 80 de Orlando, mas atende super bem uma família

Location was great and was nice to have breakfast before we left for the day at Disney
Some of the keys given to us didn’t work and the door wouldn’t close sometimes. Every time we left the room we feared someone was able to come in and raid our stuff. It looks like they also have been working on repairs in a few area like the bathroom and it didn’t bother me but was an eye sore
