advertised as “Entire unit on ground floor” but it was on the third floor and I have a prosthetic leg! not well described on our Booking.com confirmation. also the WiFi was poor to 1990’s standards.

I liked the apartment, it was spacious.

I didn't like the area of the pool. It didn't have enough umbrellas to help protect from the sun. Also, the area was smaller than our expectations.

Location the surroundings it was peaceful. It was nice to check in on time Front desk helped make it right

The second room cable was not working. The second shower was missing one of the glass doors

I traveled to this property with my family which includes a 4 month old baby, a 5 year old boy, my mom who is 70 years old and my husband. The afternoon of our arrival we did our due diligence and called the front desk to let them know we were going to be doing late check in. When we arrived to the property, we found our envelope with the key of our room and instructions. They room key they left for us didn't work. We had to wait for 30 minutes until someone from the staff came to solve the problem. He gave us a key of another room and left without even checking if that key worked. Guess what? The key didn't work either. He came back and told us he gave us the wrong room number. We were finally in the room an hour after we arrived. On top of this, one of the showers in the room didn't work and at the time of check out, they were calling every five minutes asking if we were out of the room already. Don't you remember that you took an hour away from my stay when I arrived?? Also, the next morning, when I went to report my complaint to the manager, he only said sorry and offered a $35 credit towards food at the pool. Really? I'm a returning customer and I also bring customers to the property. My sister with her family stayed in this property this weekend because I recommended it to her. I will not be staying in this property ever again and I will not recommend to anyone.

Breakfast is not included, the hotel doesn't have any sort of restaurant.

Very nice and spacious. And the amenities are very good. Nice location too, sort of close to the fifth avenue and the beach.

The bikes do not have brakes. My daughter hurt her feet when riding the bike. Be careful. Also, be aware of the check-out time of 10am, quite early. But these are just small issues. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

people holding lounge chairs in the best spots by putting towels on them in the early morning when there were so few lounge chairs for guests and then not using them for hours later that was upsetting to see .

The property itself was great!!!

It wasn’t the property per say. It was the cleaning staff. We had about 2 hours left before checking out. Therefore, we were just sitting around and talking. Unfortunately, the cleaning crew wanted to clean our apartment. Rudely, they kept looking through our window as sat in talk trying to intimidate us and put pressure on us to check out prior to check out. Check out is just that, CHECK OUT!!! Not good customer service!!
