Friendly staff. Well located. Clean and cozy room. Loads of things you can borrow from reception (chairs, towels, GoPro, etc.).

Expensive parking - there are other hotels charging up to 30 dollars around the area compared to the 45 dollars.

Old and rundown. Room far too small. Windows/ doors rattled. No room for suitcases. Some staff very unhelpful. Room too cluttered. Lift broke down.

The hotel is super well located, just an easy walk to Waikiki Beach, but in a non-touristy area where you can get some quiet from the usually crowded streets of Waikiki. The rooms are quite big and so are the balconies. The cafe is great and awesome value for money, much cheaper than the rest of the cafes in Waikiki. The breakfast options were all very tasty and good value for money. The pool area is very modern and quiet, so it’s perfect for a relaxing day.

The bathrooms are outdated so the toilet took more than 5min to fill up its tank after flushing which was a bit annoying especially at night. The restaurant feels understaffed at peak hours which makes for long waiting times.

Die Klimaanlage ist wirklich sehr laut. Und auf dem Flur waren die andern Gäste auch immer sehr laut obwohl es schon spät war nach 24 Uhr.

The pool & outside areas were epic. Bed was comfy. Wifi was hit / miss at times but usually good. It was a 8-10 minute walk to beach. It was a lovely design. Hot tub was awesome & delicious after long day. Loved late (10pm) pool times. Hanako was lovely and we won the Moke raffle so got a personal tour of Waikiki. Yvonne was lovely getting us the final bit of aloe Vera (an English family cleared them out of the complimentary tub after getting burnt). For breakfast— I recommend Creampot, castros & heavenly life.

Told there would be external battery packs for guest use (there aren’t). When I asked for one was offered a gopro instead — not same thing…. Important: Sheets were not changed the 3 nights we were there (& 1 pillow was dirty on arrival). We left hotel early each morning. Day 2 house keeping didn’t come by until 5:35 when I was trying to get ready for dinner. Day 3 house keeping just made our bed and didn’t sweep or clean. This was problematic as we got sand in our bed on the first night. Second night I had to shake out the sheets myself & remake bed.

Great front staff, good pool, gym and food at red fish redtaurant are great. Able to borrow towels and go pros etc were plus. Comfortable bed. I also enjoyed the activities they offered. I.e.. Sunset yoga

The only issue was with the room service (cleaning). One day, they forgot to leave clean towels (we only had 1 between the two of us, so we had to request additional ones) and didn't top up the toilet paper. Throughout our stay, they never cleaned the sink even once; we found hairs and stains every day that were never addressed. We stayed for 7 nights, and our sheets were never replaced, which we were unhappy about. Additionally, they usually cleaned very late, around 4-5 pm, so sometimes we would return in the afternoon and the room had still not been serviced. If the room service had been better, I would have given them a 10/10. Furthermore, one of the elevators was broken during our stay, which made it take ages to reach our floor. While it didn't bother us too much, it would have been more inconvenient for guests on higher floors.

שירות החדרים גרוע, היו ימים שלא ניקו לנו את החדר. בריכה קטנה לגודל המלון, אין מספיק מקומות לשבת ליד הבריכה. רק מעלית אחת עבדה ומדובר בבניין של 13 קומות, היינו צריכים לחכות המון זמן למעלית.

Das Hotel ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Waikiki Beach entfernt. Die Lobby ist offen gestaltet und man hat sofort beim Ankommen Urlaubsfeeling. Das Hotelrestaurant ist sehr gut, um zu frühstücken oder auch um Abend zu essen. Im Restaurant ist das Personal unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Einer der beiden Aufzüge hat nicht funktioniert. Es kam zu langen Wartezeiten. Wenn man in den unteren Stockwerken sein Zimmer hatte, konnte man noch die Treppe benutzen. Für die Zimmer weiter oben musste man einfach super lange warten. Unser Zimmer war grundsätzlich schön eingerichtet. Das einzige Problem gab es mit der Klimaanlage. Aus irgendeinem Grund kondensierte das Wasser und der Boden unterhalb der Anlage war feucht.

Very basic hotel, no room service is provided, we had to ask for toilet paper and towels. During our stay of 5 days not a single room service was provided so the floors were all sandy and full of hair as it was girls trip. Bathroom was really tiny and shower on top of bathtub. Only one working lift for 13 floors so sometimes we were waiting 10-15mins for the lift. Very nice swimming pool area but not many chairs to sit on. Went to the pool 3 times and never got any chairs to relax. The restaurant is really nice and so is the bar. Everything else is below average.

It was in a good location

Had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned each day, they only made the beds and didn’t clean the floor or bathroom so there was sand everywhere constantly. They vacuumed the floor once in our 7 day stay.

Water was warm for showers

Old front door area pipe all around small room wasn’t that great. Deposit was 208. Which is high and i didn’t want the use of gym but had to pay 30. Anyway

Apesar de estar próximo ao canal, a distância até a praia é curta. Fica a 2 quadras dos principais shoppings de Waikiki, o Royal e o International. Tem um supermercado tipo o Verdemar , de BH, nas redondezas com pratos quentes e Pokes com bom preço para vc levar para a sua suite. É o Waikiki market (fica num 2o piso, se não prestar a atenção, vc não o localiza) Ficamos no 3o andar, suite 8. Quarto amplo com mini cozinha e mesa de refeições o que permite tranquilamente que vc traga suas refeições para o próprio quarto. Chuveiro ótimo. A piscina é muito boa e tem ainda uma jacuzzi aquecida. Tem aulas de Yoga e de ginástica na beira da piscina pela manhã e até música ao vivo no happyhour.

Amazing location! Great restaurant, cafe and bar! Nice surprises like curated playlists and ree welcome drinks. I'll definitely be staying here again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

We chose this hotel for the vibes, and I think they delivered. It's definitely trendy and cute and a good value for the area. Staff were friendly and the room was nice. The added cost of valet parking is a bummer but I think that's the case at all Waikiki hotels, and it was honestly really nice to not have to think about parking.

It is a short walk to the beach, but it's not a particularly pleasant walk. Lots of traffic and construction etc. We weren't crazy about Waikiki in general though - other parts of the island have nicer/less crowded beaches. The hotel property is much more compact than photos reveal. Neither the pool nor hot tub were properly heated. On two separate occasions housekeeping took our bath towels and the forgot to replace them (an easily remedied problem but kind of funny).

The place had a very wonderfully Aloha vibe. Everyone was helpful friendly and available. Both restaurants were wonderful,the pool was well protected from the wind, so was great to have on windy days.

It is an older hotel that has been remodeled. As such, the sound insulation between the rooms was lacking, or our neighbor was exceptionally loud.

location is good , walking distance to shops ,beach and main restaurants . Staff are friendly . Food provided over my expectation ! Pool area also chill

Excellent location, property is real clean. Excellent service, all the stuff super helpful and always there for you. Room was kind of small but super clean and confortable. Great Hotel i would go back!

Really enjoyed this hotel! It suited my needs as a solo traveller perfectly. The hotel does hip design really well. The room is so cute with a lot of nice touches, and I could partially see the canal from my room. I felt it was good value for Waikiki (where everything is over-priced, especially the exorbitant resort fees!!). It's a short walk to the main street of Waikiki (which is really loud, so I prefer not to stay on it). I loved the pool area! It felt cozy with all the plants, everyone was quiet and relaxed there. Also there was shade (yay). Music by the pool some nights was relaxing and fun. I also appreciated the free entry to the Bishop Museum (which is great if you enjoy history, culture) I felt like this hotel offered guests a lot of extra nice touches, experiences, good design and consideration which I appreciated, especially in Waikiki

The main street can still be a little loud depending on your room. But that's Waikiki and nothing ear plugs couldn't solve.

Clean

Upgraded my room only to find out we were placed in a room for people with disabilities (wheelchair bound) no one in my family had a disability. So our room did not have any storage for our clothes or anything.

Beautifully designed. Felt very in keeping with Hawaii.

The only gripe I had were the bed sheets. They seemed clean but on our first stay they had a nasty smell. I asked to be changed - and it had the same smell. A third time it was better. Then when we came back and again a few days later, the sheets had the same smell, we were only there for one night on our second stay, so just put up with it.
