the town is nice and the location isn’t too bad by the water

room was dirty, they don’t answer their phones, had to go to a separate business away from the hotel to pick up the keys. they expect you to clean up your room before you leave we had to pay a $25 fee because we didn’t wash the cups and bowls we used while staying there.

We got this place for the price, but I’d recommend spending a little extra money for a different accommodation. The location wasn’t too bad.

There was quite a few things we didn’t like about this place. The bedding was dirty when we got into bed. The room wasn’t dusted very well as there was hair still on the surfaces. The rug was stained and dirty. The bathroom was extremely loud as well as the fridge made knocking noises at night. All windows had no screens, and they all locked with a piece of wood. The shower pressure wasn’t adjustable, and it was jet pressure and painful to use. When we went to check out around 9:30 a.m., no one was there and all the doors were locked. Room felt musty as well if you left windows closed. Not a very good experience for us unfortunately.

Bed linen and towels were adequate, clean, and plentiful. The room was dry and warm in a very wet place--Ucluelet is a rain forest. Parking was nearby.

All outside doors were covered with peeling paint--this tells what to expect inside. Tables, floors, and carpet had visible large grease smudges, dirt, dried urine on toilet rim, and crumbs on carpet. One bed mattress had a large depression. A hole was found in the bathroom door. Bathtub had no stopper (we bought our own, tired of talkingto the owner). The mirror was well worn with corners lacking backing. It felt grimey. A place for the desperate sailor to sleep.

Ucluelet and tofino are amazing but you need to upgrade to 2021! Decor from the 70’s not great: new doors, new carpet and new appliances please!

Old, drab, broken blinds. One window had no window coverings.

The place was good but a bit pricey. Picked up the key for the room at the bar, as the office was already closed.

The place looked a bit shady but the rooms were nice. A suggestion would be to fix the pavement and put some plant pots or something to make it more welcoming.

Run down! When first arrived the outside looked like it was unsafe and sketchy. When we open the door the room was clean but had musky odour to it. Bed squeaks when turning over at night keeping the other person awake. We were here for two nights and well out for the day nothing was replenished or refreshed . Blinds are broken ,bathtub has mold around the edge. No hair dryers,shower caps or other things that one would expect when paying over $ 100 per night and that is before taxes. For the price we paid I would have expected better services. The photos online are very deceiving and I feel it false advertisement!

The windows and bathroom were full of mold. The place was filthy. The door was peeling paint and flimsy. There were spiders everywhere, the kitchen cupboards were dirty. There was an event en but nothing that we could cook stuff on. The third “bed “ was not a bed, but a fold down couch split in Four pieces with a metal rod in the middle going both ways -there was a top sheet, pillow and old musty blanket left as bedding. Thanks I had no sleep for two nights guys and a sore back. You should be ashamed of listing this. We tried to cancel as this was NOT what we signed up for and were told we had to pay for it anyways.This most certainly cannot be considered a resort. Seriously you guys, audit what you list. I am very disappointed that I cannot trust what you list and I will avoid booking through you next time

Good location, friendly staff. Quiet room.

No air conditioning and no screens on the windows so they could not be left open at night. Many spiders as well.

Parking, kitchen , pillows

Bed was uncomfortable, three nights, saw no staff, so no coffee after first morning, the toilet leaked, the television didn’t work. The on-site pub was closed two of the three nights we stayed there. the parking lot was full of weeds and cigarette butts.
