No thing the rooms smell. The phones didn't work. I had to walk to the lobby to ask a question. I had to walk a long distance to park my car. There was only one person that was helpful by bringing me the cart to put my luggage to the room. To check out I had to walk downstairs to get the cart to bring my luggage back. That is a real rip off to pay $146 for a dump. When to open a drawer and it fell off. That place needs an upgrade. I'm very disappointed to see what I got for that price.
Everything from Reception to customer service and rooms smelled nasty. I came home sick and I'm still sick from a virus I got and I probably lay catch it there

The hotel was located near a lot of nice shops and restaurants. It was close to Calle Ocho and also what I needed to see during my visit.
The carpets were extremely old, the room smelled bad, all the furniture was damaged and old. The coffee pot was cracked, and overall, you an tell that no one cares about the property. For the price that I paid for this hotel, it was extremely disappointing.

Nothing they charged my card 127.00 and left me homeless
If it was already charged I should have gotten to have a room to check in

I love the location n the hotel was very quiet. Very clean outside .
The rooms need to be remodeled with new furniture. Paint chipping everywhere. The patio is very old door wouldn’t closed all the way . Bathroom omg the shower curtain was ripped down n the water only the hot was workin no cold water . The bath tub was piling really bad and it was not clean at all . I would never stay here again n for the price of this hotel it’s not even worth it !

Easy to find, plenty of parking. Actually a historic old hotel and sort of charming in appearance. A limited but tasty small restaurant in the hotel, including a small bar. Room 203 was spacious and comfortable. Despite being next to the elevator that was not noisy at all. The best smelling soap I've ever had in any hotel shower. A free trolley service stop is right outside six days a week.
People at the pool and on balconies could be very noisy--all night long. The balcony glass door could be more insulated and staff could enforce a quite time after 11:30. Rooms need some cosmetic touchup and everything needs more maintenance. The elevator broke while I was there. Understand that my stay was pleasant, but I had difficulty with loud neighbors.

Our room had a balcony
I would give it 0 stars not even 1
First of all, there is no shuttle service like it says.
Second, there is no heat in the rooms! It was really cold and there wasn't even blankets. I called reception to ask how to turn the heat up in the room, they told me there is no heaters so i asked for blankets and they only brought 1 for a room with 2 beds! I called again for a second blanket and they took long to get it. Blankets were just light warmers and they were stinky.
We had to sleep with our coats on because those warmers didn't do anything.
Third, there is no hot water. We couldn't even take a shower because the water was too cold.
And finally, the glass and balcony door is not sound-proof, meaning it feels like it's open and you can hear all the cars and everything going on on the street below.
I'm not going to talk about the chiping paint or the dirtiness of the hotel or the smell of smoke in the hallways or the neglected maintenance that needs to be done to the hotel because I've read those in other reviews and I went knowing about them.
I thought it would be okay because we were just going for 1 night but that was our worst hotel stay EVER!

Not one single thing!
Where do I start? The room was filthy! Tub peeling, doors falling off, pictures on the wall sideways, ac leaking, drawers falling off, 1/4 roll of toilet paper on the floor as the holder was broken, coffee pot broken so they charged us for coffee downstairs- elevator filthy- kids at check in had attitude… the place could be amazing really too bad it’s falling apart and filthy!!!! Don’t stay there! $141 for complete disgust

The hotel is located in Douglas/ Little Gables according to the weather app. It's quiet and relaxing. The staff was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping staff were awesome and very respectful of "Do not disturb", and they kept the entire facility clean. We didn't swim but the pool area was neat and clean. We had quick access to the expressway and the location is close to historic Little Havana and Coral Gables, with multiple places to eat, shop and explore.
On-site parking is limited so when coming in late you have to utilize free on the street parking. It's on the other side of the hotels boundary wall so I felt a little exposed.

BOOKINGS.COM said this property had a free airport shuttle. IT DOES NOT. We chose this property because it had a free shuttle. Front desk argued with us even after I showed the Bookings.com app stating there was a free airport shuttle. I would like to be reimbursed for two Uber trips (to and from airport). Please remove this property from the Free Airport Shuttle filter!!!
False advertising for the “free airport shuttle” and non accommodating front desk who couldn’t care less. We didn’t even get a “sorry about that” out of him.

The ONLY thing good about this room was that the beds were comfortable.
I don’t know about the rest of the hotel but our room was disgusting: old, filthy, and a toilet that wouldn’t flush without pulling the back off and manually pulling the chain. When we got there we had to aid them for the fridge that was supposed to be in the room, when we opened the curtains pieces of the backing fell off they were so old, and the wood was rotting in the bathroom. The photos were taken in the bathroom and the window was behind the falling apart curtains!

location
the receptionist was not accomodating, he looks very tired and sickly and cant speak english well. The room they gave us was not the one we asked for, we were placed near the stairs and the view was the wall of parking lot. The ceiling of our room is dilapidated. Theres a sewage smell on our way to our room. The public bathroom inside the building is stinky which is adjacent to their restaurant. The coffee maker in our room was not even change it still has the filter used by previous occupants. That place is disastrous!
