Large and quite brash hotel chosen for its proximity to the airport. Service was good, room was quiet with a supremely comfortable bed. Swimming pool is huge, a peaceful and very pleasant swim pre-flight departure. Late night snack at the bar was good.

Check in process took ages. Fridges in room not operational, receptionist told us they had a problem with ALL the fridges. Something we should've been told on check-in rather than trying ages to get it opened! Breakfast was poor for the money we thought. A very corporate feel, a large conference going on.

Everything! I especially appreciated, the room service calling me back on my cell phone after we got disconnected! Very attentive and friendly staff, all around! Special mention to Hilda for her excellent service at breakfast!

has character. is close to the airport and centre of coral gables is walkable.huge pool & excellent gym. food in each venue of a good standard. room was comfortable albeit a little dated.all staff were helpful and friendly.

a bit dated in parts. air conditioning in bars was too cold and meant we didn’t stay in them long. building works near gym meant room noisy and they started early and over the weekend. automatic 25% tip on everything was excessive and didn’t allow you to choose whether the service warranted it. with the resort tax everything was 30% more expensive.golf was also very expensive for the quality of the course

Set in a beautiful part of Miami in essentially a residential area and a short drive from the airport and Dolphin mall.

There are no coffee/breakfast places nearby which makes it necessary to pay for expensive hotel breakfast

We loved our stay at the Biltmore. We particularly loved the Old World charm. The hotel recently celebrated its 95 year anniversary, but feels very much alive, while retaining charm and modern comfort. The Biltmore is located in a leafy neighbourhood giving the visitor a real taste of old Florida. The hotel also is a country club with a large gold course and tennis courts, used by local families. Our room was very comfortable overlooking the large pool. It is very conveniently located, also if you head to the airport at the end of your stay. There is a cafe located on the Lower Lobby which has lots to offer for every taste. The little shop next to it is also well stocked.

Stunning old building with tales of ghosts - suite we stayed in was beautiful and well appointed. larger room size. Concierge were most helpful. Restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast.

Toilet didn’t flush, safe wouldn’t open. we landed late at night due to cancellations and delayed flights and could not get any room service after midnight. Uber drive to anywhere.

Fire sprinklers are rusty, bottom of the pool is stained, structure needs pressure cleaning in a lot of areas, mold can be noticeable on the walls.
