It was a good hotel gone wrong from my experience. Dirty, cheap rusty bathroom fixtures, bad finishes from handyman. Invest some money.

It's a nice and conveniently located hotel. Room was clean

I have booked grand room with two queen beds and a sitting area with sofa. However, when arrived, we were given a regular room with only two beds. It was very inconvenient, since we are three people. I specifically booked this hotel because of the bigger room option. I talked to reception desk staff, but they said there is nothing available for me. They gave me 20$ credit for the restaurant, which we did not use.

The staff was all extremely friendly.

The room we stayed in was a little bit disappointing.. the head board was all scratched up and the leather pieces from it were flaking off in the bed.. The cabinets that hide the fridge were sticky and hadn't been washed.

It is located near a mall.

The air conditioning is old loud and not working well.

Stayed here before & liked the location as well as the modern new building.

Our stay this time was certainly disappointing. Room was lacking maintenance and needed some repairs. We booked the room for three nights & never got new supplies such as coffee, towels or shower items that obviously is needed for that many nights.
