By the beach. Location is good, 10’ ocean road and 5’ Lincoln road by foot. It has free sunbed and umbrella at the beach.

There is a construction just next to hotel. So the noise was intolerable.

I was traveling for a funeral with family (toddlers too). This place made a sad time for us a horrible one. If the customer service had been there, my review would’ve been directed to booking.com only. Apparently the room was overbooked, but the manager really acted as if

It is a cool boutique hotel with a nice pool area and easy access to the beach.

The building is old and had no sound insulation. you can hear everything going on outside and in the hallways and other rooms.

This is a fantastic property - the hotel is gorgeous, there is nothing more you could want. The owner and his staff are amazing - as a mother travelling with her young daughters they were aware of us, made sure we were looked after and consistently wanting to make sure we were having the best time. There was nothing we couldn’t ask of them. the food, drinks and service were second to none and half the price of town - which is a five minute walk. highly recommend.

The location was great food was great and they gave us chairs, umbrella and towels for the pool or beach everyday loved that.

No microwave at all at this location so couldn't heat up food wasted a lot of food because of this. Also it was no table to eat on in the room price was high for the stay just to be eating on the bed or in my own lap. They do need to upgrade give people somewhere to sit and eat in the rooms never heard of not having something to eat on and fridge didn't work. But outside of that I did enjoy my stay if they could upgrade those things they would have changed the game at their hotel. A resort should look like it inside and outside of the rooms smallest resort room I've ever stayed at for this price. Even with the location room could be more spacious have a working fridge a table to eat on with at least 4 chairs for a double bed room in 2 chairs for a king bed room. A microwave would be nice to have in the room but I know ppl could appreciate it even being in the lobby.

Room was big and comfortable. Easy access to pretty pool and beach. Nice and friendly staff. Nice restaurant in front, good breakfast (not included in price though) The day pass to the beach after check-out was GREATLY appreciated since we could hang out there in the lounge chairs and under the umbrella until late afternoon when we left for the airport.

There was only one bed stand. Bathroom a bit small. Expensive and breakfast not included.

Beautiful hotel. Loved the pool and the proximity to the beach! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

Nice pool area and bar but ruined by enormous pneumatic drill and no staff warned us on check in about the intrusive construction work and when I mentioned this to the manager he rudely said ‘we don’t have to tell you’

Extremely poor quality rooms with non reinforced windows and extreme noise pollution. Was clean but the handles were falling off, the noise was deafening and we were moved rooms to an even noisier room as no hot water. We ran the showers for 15 mins in each room and no hot water.. when I informed the manager (who hid from me in the back room pretending he was in a meeting when I requested several times to talk with him directly). When I refused to leave the desk, he magically appeared and looked at me with with the most patronising, condescending look and was rude and told me they have hot water in the hotel so he doesn’t know why I’m saying there wasn’t. I had asked him or a member of staff to come up to see the hot water wasn’t working but nobody ever came. When complaining about the noise, he also rudely said ‘sorry, outside of our control’ and I told him he should be declaring the construction work with guests as they check in so they have the opportunity to book alternative hotels.. he said they don’t have to tell customers! So many customers walked out and they were giving no refunds. Absolutely AWFUL hotel, staff and attitude. Ruined our first ever trip to Miami, so heartbroken.
