Check in process was very smooth. Restaurant on site was delicious. The room was very clean but when we came in, the A/C was set on 64. It was only about 50 degrees outside so the room seemed very cold.

The property is quiet, well maintained with friendly staff.
they would not let me check-in because they told me they did not receive payment from Booking.com. at first I thought my PayPal payment didn’t go through but I pulled up my payment confirmation n an email. I booked the night before the stay. While being to told to have a seat while they worked on my booking with the excuse that Booking.com virtual credit card didn’t work - I receive an email saying my booking was confirmed. I took the email up to the front desk and lo and behold I suddenly had a paid reservation. quite embarrassing to be told in front of a line of guests that your room hasn’t been paid for and have a seat. Oddly…they didn’t want me to call Booking.com customer service while I was standing there. Terrible customer service situation that may prevent me from returning. I book this property quite often.

Pricing a little high thru "Bookings.com"....probably could have gotten a lot cheaper elsewhere....
TV system a little outdated, cheaper kind of toilet paper, staff missed cleaning the room one day & almost 2 if I hadn't called..., but otherwise, great experience...!!!

Well kept, beautifully designed and decorated, just far enough away from town to feel far out but not inconveniently so.

Mattresses heavily worn and soft. Gambling rules heavily favor the house, more than Las Vegas

the meals were vary good. my only wish was for the rest rant that was open for breakfast and lunch . would be open for dinner as well. because the fine dining reentrant was a little pricey
a stocked mini fridge with water,sodas. but other than that iam varrey happy . all the people were so nice . and me and my wife hada great time

The staff were incredibly friendly and even met us in the parking lot for a ride and luggage carry from our car to the front desk.
Not enough time to enjoy everything the resort has to offer.
