The Owner had an obligation to tell his customers (BEFORE they made a reservation) that almost the entire Motel (??) are vagrants/homeless, paid for by the government ! I had to stay there 3 days and never felt safe for a minute ! I had to get the owner to move 2 men from sitting in front of my room window .... I felt so unsafe. The owner saying they were 'very nice' people, did NOT make me feel any better ! The owner had also forgotten about my 3 day rental, that I booked in March. ..... (Where did all those GLOWING reviews come from, that I had read ???) I took about 30 pictures of the state of that disgusting room ... Mattresses ... no proper mattress covers (not fully covered) ... very badly stained, very old by the look of it? Sinks disgusting. Well, the whole room(s) was disgusting ! He needs to put a safety rail inside the bath, high up on the wall. Bath very slippery ... and at 72 years old, I had to be VERY careful. And fix that DRAIN in the sink ! It is one big hole ... drop anything down that and it is gone forever ! Oh...and NO TV channels to speak of - No relaxing at night, watching a bit of TV ! Only about 5 different 'Hockey' channels, maybe 2 channels of 'Wheel of Fortune'! Thank goodness I had brought lots of newspapers and magazines with me ! That's enough .... see the pictures ... however many I can put on. p.s. My Realtor (I am buying a house in Medicine Hat) reckons the owner quickly moved out some homeless into one of the filled rooms for 3 days & THAT is how I managed to get the room still, (I had called the day before to tell him that I may be late arriving ... that gave him time to fix/clean ??? ... the room.) p.p.s. I arrived on the day of a Big Air Balloon Display !!! All hotels/ motels probably full. I was too tired after a 5 hour drive from Calgary, to find out.

Comfy bed and good pillows in fact better than the 3 star hotel I had stayed in for the previous 6 days. Instant very hot water in the bathroom and the whole unit was very clean. Obviously well built because I was not disturbed by neighbours TV. Good location with easy access to everything Medicine Hat has to offer.

The motel was very close to a major highway which was great for access but could be noisy.

The place was so perfect, nice front desk people . The middle of anywhere I wanted to go. They even helped get the bugs off the front of the car. The room was clean, coffee in room we will stay again if passing through for sure and tell my friend too.

Nothing all excellent. Do not be deceived by the outside cover.

The bed was super comfy; lots of hot water. The family.who run the motel were wonderful! Very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. You won't find a better value for the price.

The area was a little out of main areas, but it was on our route so all good.

Very clean and surprisingly quiet being located right off the highway. It was a really affordable place to spend the night while passing through. Has all the room amenities that many chain hotels do. Not necessarily a place I'd want to hang out all day, but as a place to just sleep at the end of the day, it's excellent!
