Pool area was large.

Hotel cleanliness was poor. Hotel was run down. Bathroom was very small with open light socket switch. No room for towels or toiletries. Air-conditioning unit in the room was noisy and sounded like it may need to be cleaned. Hotel has an overall grimy appearance. Hallways were dirty.

Nice comfy beds and pillows, new decor in lobby. I was glad there was a pool and hot tub.

The gentleman that I first spoke to was not very friendly. He seemed too busy to bother with a lowly customer, but the lady that took over for him was nice. There were some waterstains on the ceiling in the corner of our room, and the toilet ran on. We also had to reconnect the chain on the toilet flush mechanism a few times. The pool lining needs replacing, but all in all, I felt those were minor things considering the amount I paid for the room.

Pool appeared run down. Liner is patched and loose in several spots. On the bright side, it was operational and the water slide is quick.

The restaurant is dirty and in need of a serious cleaning.

When we arrived the front desk person was polite and professional. The one thing that made me feel uneasy was the 2 people obviously his friends hovering around. Maybe he should have his friends visit on his break. They were more friends later on when we wanted to grab a drink, I felt like I was intruding on there conversation. The breakfast set up wasn't very appealing. It was untidy and the waffle maker was absolutely disgusting. The waffle maker is caked on with black thick with old mixture, the food in the serving dishes were not marked with what was inside and worse everything in them was stone cold, the eggs had burnt pieces in it. Overall it was the worst breakfast I have had, I would have called in the health inspector if I had time. You should seriously take the time and check on what and how the food is presented.

The staff were friendly Breakfast was pretty good and the kids loved swimming. The main entrance to hotel is beautiful but thats not an indication of the room we had.

Our bathroom was cleaned poorly, the heater was terrible, we froze in the room even when the heater was turned to the highest setting. I ended up getting blankets from my car for warmth. The bathroom was small, good thing there was a dresser for toiletries. We had many, and i mean many guests knocking on our door as they went by, the pool was nice but the air was freezing sitting in the area, the water was also very cold

The price was fair and reasonable

The Bookings.com listing identifies the hotel has an EV charger. When I arrived they were only able to offer a standard 110v plug, which is inadequate to recharge the vehicle over night. Continental breakfast buffet was largely depleted by 8am, only cold cereal options remaining. Breakfast room was not well staffed or cleaned. Swimming pool and slide were fun but cold. Customer service did provide an acceptable rebate due to the EV Charger situation.
