The location and facilities are excellent, and my kids really enjoyed the waterslides! The breakfast was also very good.

It was unfortunate for us that the day we arrived was the day that someone had thrown up in the main pool, and it was closed for cleaning. We still had a great time on the waterslides though. I was a little disappointed that there were not any sheets or pillows for the pull out couch in our room. I had booked the room for five people and based on the fact that there is only a king size bed, and a double pull out couch, I figured it was obvious that we would need to use the couch. When I called the front desk to ask for some, the gentleman apologized and said that they may not have realize that the couch would be used for sleeping arrangements. Also, I could only find one washcloth when we need it for. Unusual but they sent sheets and pillows an extra washcloths up right away.

Desk clerk lied to me. Did not get the room I booked. Room was filthy(have photos). Almost run over in the parking lot because there were no lights.

the rooms are desperately needing a renovation - for such a highly regarded hotel in the past, I was disappointed in the dilapidated condition the rooms are in.

Great location

NOT clean. Unaccommodating breakfast staff, rudely asking guests to leave. In fairness, 9:30 am had arrived, the end of breakfast, and they did not want the family visit to continue. No other place in the hotel for family to visit, this being a funeral gathering and four rooms had been booked for family from other locations to connect. still, not nice. without a waterside, there would definitely be no return visits.

We took our own pillows and housekeeping put one pillow in the decorative pillow case that is on the bed. It took a day for them to find the pillow and silk pillowcase.

I'm glad they fixed the pool/waterslide temperature. That's what makes it worth staying there. And it's in a good location. It's close to anything you'd need.

It definitely needs some renovating, especially the showers/bathrooms.

I generally don’t write bad reviews but I just don’t get why this hotel is rated well. There were just too many little things that let us down. -The continental breakfast was the worst I have had. (cold weird eggs with sort of a pudding texture, obviously cheap sausages, cardboard waffles). Maybe bitching about free breakfast is lame but a little ‘give a sh*t’ goes a long way. -The beds were terrible. A few layers of cloth on springs. -Only 1 spare pillow for 2 queen beds. -The c-shaped shower curtain rod was loose, so sort of hung down and the shower curtain would open up from both ends multiple times during a shower. -Very loud and yappy dogs down the hall, even well past quiet time. (Maybe not entirely the hotel’s fault). -No smart TVs. Couldn’t cast from my device. -Too few chairs by the pool. Most chairs were clearly assigned to the room they were outside of, so were not really available for general use without it being really awkward.

After a long day of travel, we loved all of the amenities available on site so we could just stay out of our vehicle for a while: nice restaurants, pub, small casino, gift shop for late night snacks, comfy beds and a great kids zone: 2 water slides and a small pool. breakfast was good as well!

our door was open when we arrived. our room had a negative energy and creepy vibes my 2 year old son woke up screaming something touched his leg. was hard going back to bed after my kids kept saying they seen something. the water slide steps smelt like strong urine

The location

This was once a good hotel, but it is going to take millions to make it a decent hotel again. The waterslides are delapitated. Chose the hotel cause I thought it woulf be nice to go for a hot tub but most of the pool facility is no longer running only the waterslides. The bed was old and you could feel the springs. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor so made putting on makeup more challenging.

the facility is dated. Slides are starting to fall apart. mattresses are older than I am and paper thin. Had to move rooms and call maintenance multiple times about malfunctioning equipment. Water damage in bathroom visible and not treated. It was terrible.

Lack of availability of pool towels, hotel seemed understaffed at the continental breakfast, things were constantly running out and staff weren’t aware in order to restock. It was very busy and only two staff seemed to be working the front of house in the restaurant area. They were pleasant and accommodating, they just needed more help.

Convenient location.

Some of the desk staff was rude and tried to charge me twice for my room. Deposit on room isn’t put back on your credit instantly. No hot tub, loud past 11pm and gross breakfast.
