You were given nice pillows and linen.

The water in the shower was extremely cold. It never heated up and the tub needs to be replaced. It had a huge crack in it. Other than that our stay was good.

Breakfast had a wide assortment of foods.

This establishment is over rated - with dingy carpet on the floor, a beat-up AC/Heating unit, and a bathroom exhaust fan louder than a SDPD helicopter, whoever rated this place as 3-Stars wasn't looking at the details.

I liked the staff they were kind and helpful except for housekeeping supervisor who was not helpful at all , I liked also how the beds were comfortable

A few things: -the facility was not cleaned on the outside or the hotel room how I would expect. There was a ton of trash outside and beer cans. I found a toothbrush outside and the floors were sticky to walk on. -the breakfast was not that good everything tasted boiled and actually made me nauseous however I did like the variety of options -There was a ton of spider webs on the stairs -The hotel room we were staying at had a lot of stains on the lampshade and the couch -When I used the bathroom and looked up I saw these bugs in the light above me which seemed like they were trapped but still not okay -it was very noisy and made it hard to stay asleep with people passing by -There was alot of men in one hotel room that had kept there door propped open and had their shirts off me and my sister were extremely uncomfortable to pass by their room

Location and staff

The air conditioning unit had a mildew smell. The room needed new carpet, paint, and to have a better smell.
