The place was neatly kept and clean, rooms were nice and clean, their breakfast was magnificent, and the staff was nice too.

The state itself was fine but I've been double charged and didn't get my $50 deposit refunded either. I have attempted to contact Priceline booking.com and La Quinta and nobody knows what to do or who to transfer me to. I was transferred eight times the other day plus two times they were supposed to call me back and didn't. This has been very frustrating. Liam is my friend we stayed in the same hotel. The fact that there are two charges is ridiculous they are clearly for the same day for the same two people for one room. I did not receive any services or ever entered the room or knew I had an extra room but I was charged 78.77. additionally there were three more attempted charges from La Quinta for various amounts. The whole thing was a disaster logistically. I am still waiting on someone to call me back, for Wendy the manager at La Quinta to call me back or respond in her emails. This isn't right and I would sincerely appreciate just getting this matter resolved. It's almost Christmas and I could really use that money for my kids. This may be through the wrong channel but please pass this on if you could I would super super appreciate that, sincerely.

Breakfast was pretty good but there was someone in front of the waffle maker for at least 15 minutes. I got tired of waiting for her to move so I had a bagel that was stale. Coffee and juice were good. They also had eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal and some other things. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The first room I booked had a King bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was horrible and was smaller than a twin. The mattress must've been 3 inches thick at the most and the springs squeaked horribly. My poor 21 year old son got no sleep that night. I asked to be moved for our second night so they put us in a room with two queen beds. The carpet in both rooms was disgustingly dirty and turned your feet black. The freeway noise was really bad and the room keys had to be switched out twice since they were't working properly. The guy staying next to us had the same problem with the room keys. Another thing we did not appreciate was sharing the spa with two very young children under the age of 8. Isn't there a rule about that? How can you relax in a spa with small children splashing around in it?

Outside noise level was too loud Old and dirty rooms with rusty furnishings in room. Bathroom had mold in it and toilet would not flush unless handle held down to empty tank. Terrible AC unit was loud and created a lot of humidity in the room Laundry was out of service Offered tea, but on a first come, first serve basis.

Breakfast was good.

The bathtub was dirty and the paint peeling.

The property is very clean and well maintained.

The parking is convenient and they had bunk beds my kids loved it!

proximity to activities and food/stores for short term needs. property was as expected especially for price of the area/ being a smaller location.

can tell it was older and needs a facelift. was cleanish, but not spotless. older bathrooms (stains, drain was slow so water backed up), carpet felt grimey and old.

Price was good

The eggs at the free breakfast were terrible. Tasted like raw flour. The sheets felt like plastic too.

The washer and dryer not working, so had to go to neighboring hotel to use facilities

The house cleaning staff was nice.

The floors were dirty, refrigerator didn’t work. it was very outdated. It wasn’t a very good area. not safe to go out at night time.

I liked that there was a lot to do near by and there were plenty of places to eat nearby.

We didn’t like that the room had a weird odor. We found a bug in the bed. The carpet could use a good cleaning. The shower needs to be replaced it was old patched up and stained. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut.

Breakfast was good. Adequate parking. Checking in and out was good. Room was clean, but dated, and bathroom shower enclosure was in need of some TLC.

Shower enclosure in need of minor work. Room was very small, the in wall air conditioner was very loud.

The staff was super friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the refrigerator went out in the middle of the night & my child's milk went bad.

The location of the hotel is very convenient and has a lot of useful stuff around and very close.

The bathroom was very small, and the toilet is very tiny, for big guys like me it was challenging. Also, washing machines were broken, therefore to be able to do laundry I had to go to the me the next door hotel. Very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Lastly, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, my 8 year old kid couldn’t sleep well and had to jump into bed with us, to be able to properly sleep and rest.
