The location of te property is amazing. 15 min walking from the beach and there is an In-n-out in the same avenue

The only think was the microwave didn’t work

The beds were comfortable.

The halls had a strong odor of animal urine. The water in shower was always extremely hot and couldn’t adjust it.

The size of the room was nice.

The couch was dirty and the bathroom door has holes. There was no TP holder, the carpet in the halls was dirty we stayed 3 nights. The kitchenette didn’t have enough supplies to adequately use it. I am glad I bought breakfast items as there wasn’t a breakfast as listed. The pool was dirty and hot tub was empty, horrible flu problem.

People smoking marijuana 2 rooms down. That is why we got a nonsmoking area

I was very disappointed in staff the day of my arrival I there were two ladies at front desk both were very nice but the man who worked the other two days was not helpful at all. I didn't like the fact my room wasn't cleaned the whole time I was there when I called the front desk to ask the man about getting my room cleaned he stated I had to notify the front desk I wanted my room cleaned when it clearly states on the agreement that rooms are cleaned daily then he proceeded to tell me house keeping doesn't work on Sunday when I seen them cleaning rooms down the hall worst experience I ever had and will be contacting corporate this is unacceptable when I spent my money.

We liked the location.

There were several things that we did not like about the facility and our stay in general. 1. We had to have our key cards re-coded every day, several times a day as they never worked. It was all 4 cards that we were issued that had issues. 2. The room and hallway smelled like cigarettes with very dirty floors. 3. The remote for the TV did not work, and after asking the staff to please fix it or issue a new one, the replacement didn't work either. We never had a remote to use for the TV, and the staff acted as if it was a bother to address it. 4. Our coffee maker had a missmatched carraff which made it so we could not utilize the coffee maker. 5. The utensils in the drawer were in a pool of brown liquid, and one of the knives had what looked like a white mass of frosting or gum. We never even considered using any of the dishes or utensils. 6. The shower in the bathroom had no lip to prevent water to spill out on to the bathroom floor and I slipped after one of my showers. It is very dangerous the way it is set up. 7. We had homeless people sleeping outside of our room window in the bushes, who were walking back and forth around our vehicle. They seemed to be canvassing the area, and made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, the location was great, but the rest of the experience was disappointing to say the least.

Dirty dishes were in the dishwasher and it smelled.

The outside and lobby are exactly how we remember when we stayed at this location when it was owned by Marriott. Super close to the wedding venue we were attending and Legoland. And the staff was very nice.

After leaving the lobby the rest of the hotel clearly wasn't being attended well. We exited the elevator on the 3rd floor and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in 3 years. Our room had stained and tattered couch, ottoman and desk chair. The countertop in the bathroom sink area had graffiti in a paint pen and nail polish. There was no hand towel, nor any complimentary shampoo or conditioner. The toilet was stained and took a very long time to flush. It appeared that some rooms might be used for extended stay. The side of our door looked like it had been broken into with a screw driver at some point in its existence and then painted over. We had to check out a day early due to a death in the family and upon checkout I mentioned this to the desk person. They just confirmed we paid for the room in advance and that we were checking out early, not offering to take off the last night of our stay. I was clearly upset and the complete lack of compassion was appalling. We had reserved the room for 3 nights, due to family issues we only stayed 1 and it was awful, paid for all 3 nights per the hotel's policy 4 days before the first night - would not stay here again. Disappointing because it is such a great location but a severe lack of interest in maintenance or attention to details.

Staff was absolutely wonderful and Fixed my issue

When my daughter and I arrived to the hotel room all was well until we realized that the rooms heater did not work, So the receptionist did move us to another room. The issue that I had with the second room was that there was a used condom in the trash closest to the restroom, So I cant help but think that the room wasn't properly cleaned just left me feeling pretty disgusted and I'm glad I noticed it and hid it from my 14 year old daughter. When I checked out I did let the receptionist know, she didn't seem to care.

nice pool, good location, not too expensive, rooms have little kitchenette and dishes, good AC in room, comfortable bed.

half of the bottom floor closed off, hot tub out of order, no breakfast, rooms not very clean and pretty run down, key cards stopped working a few times and doors are hard to open with them, lots off police officers doing rounds and looking for homeless people around the building.

This time there was nothing to like the staff didn't follow guidelines. They asked if you would want to lower floor it was on the comments on the email and they put you on the upper floors the night and the entering the morning there was a disrespectful person cussing all night in the gym and cussing all morning at 4:00 in the morning. The bad part was my room was right on top of the gym so you could hear everything the guy was he woke me up like 6 times .so in all really bad 2 days

What I didn't like is that I called over a month and a 1/2. I left instructions under email for a lower floor close to the exit and they put me in the middle of the 2nd floor on the other side of the. Exit so yeah that's what I hate it the more

I liked the front desk lady, she had really nice eyelashes and was very soft spoken. I’m pretty sure she was like a dirty blonde or brown hair but she was really nice. The room and place wasn’t a 5 star but it was there for what I needed it. I saw no bugs but some stuff was stained like a towel and bed sheet. Water pressure was super high but I love that.

The bathroom sink was already clogged but we didn’t realize until we used it. Could definitely use a deeper clean but it wasn’t dirty either.
