Close to Legoland and The Carlsbad Outlets

It was dirty. There were even goldfish crackers on the floor from previous occupants. The next day I asked to move to a different room for our second night of stay, the room did not have a working telephone, I had to call the front desk using my celphone. And when I requested for extra towels, I had to pick them up myself since there was nobody to bring it to the room. Front desk staff were friendly though.

Dirty, they won’t clean your room daily unless you ask for it, (I was not told this) yet they charge you an amenity fee.

Location, shower was nice and powerful!!! They were quick to replace the faceplate for the Ac that was not working. Also when the air-conditioning in the bridal suite, do a quick to come as well and try to rectify the situation.

They need to replace the beds. We slept on a king bed. Uncomfortable and every time my daughter or I moved, or if we were trying to sleep or just sitting on the bed, it creeks like the springs were bad. Also if you have a king size bed, maybe add another chair in the room.

Floors were extremely dirty! Mattresses were very uncomfortable and were sunkin in the center

Location is the best part of this hotel

Smelled a little musty. There was not enough toilet paper. No microwave. House keeper did not come in 2 days

Travelled for anniversary and jacuzzi was filthy and not operational. When I booked I booked wanting a jacuzzi in working order. Our second day no room service. We called for towels and delivered 3 bath towels no hand towels no wash cloths. Very disappointing!

Convenient location

Bathrooms with working exhaust, bathtubs with proper flow and mot much water pooling

Checking in and out was quick and easy.

The temp in the the room was getting warmer and warmer I’m not sure if the thermostat was working after turning it off and restarting on cool the heat just kept rising so eventually I turned off the thermostat and had to open the sliding door

Great Location

The Air conditioner didn’t seem to be working well. We had it at 65 degrees but the room felt around 73 degrees the whole time.

They staff was very pleasant

it’s very convenient to restaurants and outlet as well as legoland!
