No Drinking water service in the room.

The place has a cool old timey feel to it. From the lobby to the bathtub every detail seems the same as it was in 1930.

the hot tub outside is stained so it didn’t seem clean. Could have bee from all the rain maybe?

The bed was horrible even with the”feather bed” laid over the mattress. There was a large divot in the mattress which made it hard to sleep comfortably. the claw foot tub was unsteady and rocked when you stood under the shower. also there was no safe way to get out of the tub making it a slip hazard

It’s very cute and tight in the middle of Calistoga. walking distance to restaurants and bars. Great staff that were very accommodating.

There is no elevator so you need to carry bags up the stairs. It was no big deal for us but some may not like that.

the in room breakfast coffee was a nice touch (though the coffee itself was not great, but that's a different story) and the pool and poolside service was terrific.

I liked that this hotel is historic, I loved the interior design of the lobby and our room, I loved the greenery on the property. Staff were super professional and friendly.

Our room was a bit too dark, I would prefer much more lights, and I did mention it on the front desk, but there were no other rooms available. Bathroom storage space wasn’t enough for all my and my friend’s face and body care products. The corridor ceiling had exposed water pipes and it didn’t give me a nice feeling looking at them. The pool was clean and well takes care of but you could tell that paint came off the bottom. Evening drinks by the pool had too much alcohol in them.

location is excellent! breakfast good/average...the staff very accommodating, helpful and nice!! the pool and pool area very nice! We would definitely stay again :) overall a very nice place

construction noise :( (i know thats not their fault ,it was just bad timing for us ) then we moved rooms and although the room was nice... we looked out the bathroom window to a a "junk" storage area and garbage cans! seriously, a junkyard space. hopefully they can get that figured out . although we would've never known about it if we didnt switch rooms because of construction noise.
