Very nice room, plenty of space. Common areas are peaceful and breakfast can be done outside by the fountain.
Very relaxing environment in the best place of the Valley
I would like that they service the rooms daily . I cant get accustomed to go in an undone room at the end of the day

Gorgeous place with luxurious accommodations. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants. The best staff ever! The beds are comfortable, everything is so clean, every need taken care of. Always the best time when I stay here!

the hotel pictures make it look like it’s on larger grounds than it is. It is pretty much in a parking lot. However, they have a nice fountain to sit by and nice seating area outside with a decent lounge area in front, so we were comfortable and it was fine. I expected more of a Bnb with quiet and comfortable grounds.

they messed up the check in by sending us the check in information of another group, we both came to the same locker to get the keys, but the staff on call came quickly and resolved it for us.

Close proximity to downtown Calistoga with cute boutique wineries and restaurants. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Loved the L’Occitane products offered in the room and the spa tub was perfect to soak in after a long day of wine tasting!
I was a bit disappointed by the shower’s water pressure - it was difficult to wash the shampoo out of my hair. Also wish we were offered to have our luggage carried up to our room.

Location ideal— can walk into Calistoga and enjoy shopping and wine tasting with no need to drive. Breakfast was more than expected with a “cold only” selection. Great granola mix and delicious European style yogurt offered. Good bath products.
Room/bathroom seemed alittle worn—furniture could use either updating or refurbishing to keep that Calistoga wine country with Victorian overtones vibe.

The room was very cheerful and spacious. Landscaping is beautiful. The location is perfect and walking distance to everything in town. A very nice free breakfast with the cutest oatmeal chia pudding jars. I would recommend the Bergson and would stay here again!

beautiful but the only thing I’d love to see are options for purchase in the room (even just water really) as we got in late and would have loved some filtered water. azalea checking me in was super kind and helpful. room was great! super clean and loved the high ceilings, bathtub, and all the space.
