Communication before and during. On the site there was a number to call to contact the host it never worked. During the stay I called to ask about no charis on the back porch and another matter no return call

Check out staff was very friendly. Pool was great, very clean. The townhouse was clean and well stocked. Bar is awesome. We really enjoyed the ice cream too.

Staff at check in was very rude to not only me but my parents as well who arrived later than the rest of us. Got to unit and cleaning crew was still there. They were very friendly but we had to wait another hour before it was ready after we had just been in the car for over 12 hours. Wifi in the townhouse didn’t work, had to use next door neighbors. People next to us were loud. Man at the gate made a rude comment towards me that I didn’t appreciate. Only half the games in arcade worked.

Toilet was used and not flushed upon arrival.shower was not hot, drain was slow.

The townhouse was clean and spacious. They upgraded us to a 4 bedroom. Which a was nice, but not needed since only 3 of us. at

We had trouble with the wifi and cable, but were able to get it working wirh a call to the management. Our shower in the master did not work and there were no inner tubes beach toys or umbrellas at the unit. That would have been a nice value add.

Location and how spacious the unit was.

For starters staff was extremely rude from the front desk to security. I asked for earlier checkin and NEVER got a response. Not only were we not able to check in early but we had to wait an extra 20mins past check in time by the pool because our unit was being "cleaned". Yet the place was dirty, the carpet was filty, the dust on the fans, blinds and windows looked like crust. The toilet seat was broken, no towels in the bathrooms. We rented a house with a kitchen and no cleaning supplies. We had to buy our own detergent and sponge. The fact that we are staying in a resort and are charged $10 per towel in the pool and there is a lazy river yet you have to BUY or rent the floats and we were 7 people so $140 extra just on towels and floats.
